30 mn only from french resort " sept laux". 15 minutes from Grenoble and 20minutes from the famous spot st hilaire for paragliders. ideal to take a break before arriving to ski resorts. different lakes nearby..Bourget, Aix, Aiguebelette, Monteynard. The entire house is very calm with different parkings free. Magnific view . You have Lidl, Carrefour,Bio shops,Mac Donald,Grand frais nearby. I have personal 11KW charger and 16 super charger Tesla at 1km. A SPA is reserved at home for relax.

Very nice apartment on the banks of the Isère River.

The accommodation on the 7th floor is very bright and includes a terrace with stunning views of the Belledonne massif and the Bastille as well as the Isère river. The neighborhood is peaceful and close to all amenities: At the foot of the building there is a Vival supermarket. The center of the neighborhood (bakery, café, tobacco shop, butcher shop, casino shop, Carrefour Express, restaurant) is 5 minutes away by bike. Parking at the foot of the building (60 spaces) is about €10/day.

The private balcony of the bedroom overlooks the park of a beautiful mansion which ensures it's quiet and unobstructed view. The room is about 12 m2, it has a king size bed. The house is therefore located in the immediate vicinity of the innovative area. A bus stop is 50 meters from the house and serves this entire part of Meylan in minutes.

Emmanuelle Oct. 23-25, 2019 Public comment. Stephane's place is as described. It is perfectly clean and very well-equipped (everything is new). The decor is neat giving charm to the apartment: Old floor, cement tiles, small brick wall in the work corner, mosaics in the shower, workshop-style doors... The neighborhood is very quiet (nice little garden in the back) while being close to the city center.
