Private room on the first floor. It has a new queen size bed, very comfortable. Private bathroom, spacious closet, lounge furniture and work table. Family house full of plants and friendly pets, with free space. We have a safe garage in the same house. 3 blocks from the main avenue (Monumento de la Caña) and 7 blocks from downtown. We issue invoices. Welcome.
