Apartment, New, suitable for guests, located very close to the center in the Mariana building. All beds have new and very comfortable mattresses. It is on the third floor, it does not have an elevator. We have parking inside the building. However, it is a bit high for cars, ideal for vans or high cars. If it is your case, we offer an additional alternate parking lot that must be canceled. If you are traveling with people with reduced mobility, it is not suitable since you must climb stairs.

Beautiful duplex apartment with a terrace! Central!

Furnished duplex apartment, with a maximum capacity of 7 people, two bedrooms and a mezzanine. On the first floor, each room has a double bed, excellent mattress. 2nd floor two single beds, with availability of a mat for an additional guest! The master bedroom has a bathroom and a balcony facing the street! Integral kitchen, pantry, dining room, guest bathroom. On the second floor, a work desk, a hammock, a bathroom and reading space, on a terrace with a 180-degree view!

Excellent experience. The accommodation is within the village and next to a beautiful mountain. About 6 or 7 minutes walk is the central park of the village. The accommodation is very comfortable, with an excellently equipped kitchen and the WIFI is very good, I was able to work comfortably.

The staff is so friendly. Thanks to you, we had a great time. If I go to Ocaña again, I would definitely stay there. There was also hot water and no air conditioning, but a fan was enough. The staff cleans up every day. I was satisfied.

We just spent one night at the hotel because we were coming from Riohacha towards Bucaramanga. The people who took care of us were very friendly, they were pending my arrival, the room was clean and organized.
