You will be within walking distance of shopping streets, cinema, theater and parking lots. At the foot of the Luberon, you will be very close to the lively villages of the Luberon, you can visit Lourmarin and its picturesque streets, Cucuron and its pond, Ansouis and its castle... 15 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and 45 minutes from Marseille, by car.

The apartment comprises the entire 1st floor of the house, 118 m2, with living room, 3 bedrooms, large kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Access is independent, your car parked directly at the foot of the stairs. The large balcony is located in front of the living room. There's no elevator. You have free access to the pool. The living room and the southwest bedroom, which includes a small desk, are air-conditioned. Internet access is via Wi-Fi. I live on the ground floor myself, there are no other residents.
