The holiday home is very spacious and equipped with every comfort. There is a spacious sofa that sits comfortably. There is a spacious bathroom and the beds sleep well. The rooms are spacious. The stairs up are a bit steep but easy to do in themselves. The bathroom is also spacious and equipped with spacious storage. The village of Villard-de-Lans is a 10-minute walk away and there you will find various bakeries and supermarkets. If you have a question for Franck, he responds almost immediately.

Very good weekend skiing from 3 nights to 5 people in March 2025. Close to the slopes (Arselle), caisses and ESF, Sherpa, restaurant and bar. Regular shuttles at the foot of the apartment. Ideal for 2 couples ( 2 bedrooms) and possibly 3rd couple on a sofa bed. Beautiful views of the mountains and fir trees. Well equipped apartment managed by a management, very nice owners. We would recommend it.

This apartment is perfectly located to visit Grenoble and take in all the sites including the Bastille which is the main view from the apartment and so lovely. Tons of restaurants, museums and parks all walkable including the old town. Only issue we had was no free parking due to a fair occurring in the area but Lucas was helpful with finding other options though we had to pay for them.

Lovely homely appartment very close to the centre of Alp d'huez. Really loved the space and the fact you felt you were in an appartment that wasn't just packing as many people in as possible. Having a bath was a real bonus. Kids loved staying there too. Highly recommend. Patrice was super accomadating allowing us to overstay for a few hours and in early too. Really seemed to care that you had a good time.

Our stay went very well in this duplex apartment. The apartment is very clean and very well-equipped. We had a beautiful terrace with a beautiful lake view. The location is ideal for walking to the lake shores. The ability to park your car in the residence is a real plus. Thanks to the owner's warm welcome! We'll be happy to go back.

**Wonderful stay in a beautiful setting** We loved our stay at this amazing gîte. The location is perfect for those who love nature and hiking, with the green area of Le Grand Colombier to explore. The cottage is located in a quiet village, and in the nearby village you will find a bakery with the tastiest baguette we have ever tasted! The communication with Martine, the host, was excellent. She is incredibly helpful and likeable, and gave us great tips to explore the area. The gift upon arrival and departure was a very nice surprise! The accommodation was perfectly fine: very comfortable, clean, and with everything you might need. Our dog also greatly enjoyed the fenced garden. In short, a fantastic place where we would love to come back!

we had a great week in this peaceful accommodation. few m2 but everything is well thought out we never felt at the very right the photos are even slightly flat compared to reality. All the necessities for toddlers were appreciable and the ony children loved the presence of ana and the affectionate dog. We were delighted with our stay. philippe and Delphine are extremely kind and welcoming. we will be happy to come back! Whether in summer or winter! thank you!

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment is very well-equipped and pleasant. The lake view is amazing! Access is also very easy and we were able to do everything by bike from the accommodation. The small beach nearby is also very nice. Thank you to the owners for providing us with paddles. It was a very relaxing holiday in a privileged environment. We had a great time on Dec 31 with friends and teens. The cottage is cozy, impeccable, modern and ideal with its 2 sleeping areas, separate bathroom and toilet, and this central dining and conviviality area. The view is beautiful, the place is quiet and full of possible walks. Remarkable, the kitchen equipment, utensils, many large and small dishes, everything to be able to cook and enjoy it without hassle... even with 8 people... New Year's Day is very very rare in gites so thank you for that... really nothing to say except we would like to try the experience again in summer to see..... our hosts super accessible for practical questions and BRAVO
