The Mitico Gianmario welcomed us with open arms with a huge friendliness and professionalism, already on the phone you can see that he is a super helpful person. We stayed in the Andreana apartment, it is a simple apartment but with everything you need in the kitchen as in the rest of the house with some beach equipment available for use. The apartment is very clean and tidy with a great view of the pool, which is also well equipped in the courtyard. In addition to all this, Gianmario does his job as a true professional, offering several advice on what to do and where to go in addition to the many benefits for restaurants, tours, etc. I recommend the structure as well as the area, and of course I recommend Gianmario!!!

Apartment complete with every comfort that a vacation requires. Excellent welcome, discreet, but still present in case of any requests, cleanliness and order in the house very accurate. We also found basic necessities such as oil, vinegar, salt, fresh water, coffee pods, candy and chocolates... in short, everything is really very welcome!!!!! I stayed with my family for 2 weeks in Serena's apartment. What can I say... EVERYTHING IS PERFECT and attention to detail. The house is well cared for and cozy. The outdoor spaces are extremely comfortable, especially with children. The location of the house is very convenient as it is close to the port of Olbia but at the same time close to many popular beaches near San Teodoro. We will definitely be back!!! 💪🏻

Antonello's house is in a strategic position, close to the center of Alghero, but at the same time in a not too chaotic point. The house is nice and well cared for. The swimming pool was definitely appreciated by our kids. The outdoor area for eating (always well shaded) is interesting. Bikes are very useful,even if it takes some maintenance. Unique mole: parking (however declared by Antonello): it is a little tight for those who,like us,have a station wagon. On the street,not too far away, you can still find a place.

We had a great time, everything matched the descriptions. Spacious and beautiful place to have the pool all to ourselves. I find it perfect for those who love quiet but also well equipped for families with children!

We enjoyed the place very much, it looks like the photos, you have enough space and it was very clean. The place is also very nice, with beach in close proximity and delicious restaurants at the harbor. The place also offers the perfect starting point for excursions to the south or north. Communication with Franca and Manuela was also easy, you got a direct answer and check-in and check-out were very flexible. We can recommend the place!

We had a really great time at Andrea's place! Everything was super modernly furnished and totally cozy – we immediately felt comfortable. Even though we were there before the high season, everything we needed was there. Our kids had just as much fun as we did – the location in the middle of nature was just perfect for relaxing and discovering. A big thank you to the hosts for the great tips – we'd love to come back!

This is a centrally located property in beautiful, quiet San Teodoro. House is clean, ample bedroom and bath space for our group of 5. Walkable to all local restaurants and even the beach (but a bit longer walk.) Supermarket very nearby. Marco was an exceptional host, very patient with our missed flight. Don’t miss the Friday market of local foods and goods, just down the street.
