The village is conveniently located between Labège Innopole and Blagnac. Walk in the woods next door. For your cultural outings you are 20 minutes from the Cité de l'Espace and Aeroscopia. Albi is 40 minutes away (Unesco World Heritage Cathedral) 1 hour from the city of Carcassonne, Revel and its market and the St Férréol basin.

Breathtaking view facing south, peaceful hanging garden with private pool for the guest couple, fish pond, palm trees and terrace. three restaurants including a caterer in the village, a bakery and a supermarket… all within walking distance. Neither a real house nor a cabin, this 70m2 vacation spot is more of a retreat for those seeking to recharge batteries in a green setting (4500m2 of wooded land and stone terraces), all while being within easy walking distance of all necessities.

La Chouette, Cozy Retreat with Breathtaking Views

La Chouette is a picturesque and private two-level village house nestled in the medieval center of Saint Antonin Noble Val. Hand-crafted wooden cabinetry and a curved staircase add warmth and charm. A walled garden with lower and upper terraces provide a spectacular view across the Aveyron river to wooded hills topped by the Roc d"Anglar. La Chouette is closed in January and February.
