The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

A small well equipped Gite set over three floors which includes a main bedroom with a modern en suite shower room. The Gite is attached to the main house, high in the mountains of the Southern Alps. The ski stations Superdevoluy and La Joue du Loup are nearby aprox 20mins by car Very remote spot perfect for a mountain get away. A village house, this former sheepfold has been completely renovated to offer you a peaceful oasis. The small inner courtyard is common to the main house, uninhabited, except if I come for maintenance. Enjoy its large terrace for napping! And the nearby pool to cool off in the summer. A skylight offers mountain views while you take your shower!
