The gîte includes 2 bedrooms of 15 m² (161 sq. ft.), a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's games, and parking spaces.

Come and enjoy the natural coolness of our stone walls! At the entrance to the Freissinières Valley, this cozy place offers you everything you need to get away from it all. In winter, it is close to cross-country or alpine ski slopes (Pelvoux is 20 minutes away), climbing, ice climbing, via ferrata, cycling and snowshoeing. In summer you will find lakes for swimming, beautiful waterfalls, and many trails on the road to Dormiousse. Half board or full board can be offered upon request.

The chalet offers panoramic views of the peaks from all sides. In addition to the living room, whose bay windows give the impression of living in the landscape, the floor offers 3 bedrooms (2 closed) and a bathroom, all with large openings to multiply the points of view. The interior design, a mixture of authenticity and contemporary, adopts the chalet style as a common thread, in keeping with the dominant wood, left natural. The choice of shades and materials ensures a cocooning atmosphere.

Perfect for sports enthusiasts and nature lovers, bike, mountain bike and hiking trips are close to the accommodation. Studio 2 min by car from the center of Briançon. Very nice cozy accommodation. Small balcony ideal for having breakfast in the sun. Housing not suitable for people with reduced mobility on the 1st floor.
