Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in La Roche-Clermault

The accommodation is very well located for visiting the Château d'Ussé and close to the Abbey of Fontevraud and Chinon. A small convenience store is close by. Parking too. We liked everything and we'll be back with pleasure.

Had a fantastic few days, beautiful house, great location for walks, cycling and easy access to the lovely town of Chinon.

We had a wonderful stay, the house is in a beautiful location, the chickens, space and horses really made it very special for the children. The house is very well equipped and Odette was very responsive with any questions. As others have noted the beds are very comfortable which made for a restful and relaxing weekend.

If you love wine, just imagine sitting on a patio in the middle of a vineyard with a glass of wine actually grown in that vineyard and produced in a winery literally 200 metres away….simply magical….add to that a lovely old building conversion and great hot tub. Highly recommended as are Nicolas’s wines….cheers

The Blandiniere was perfect for our green weekend. In a very quiet environment. The accommodation is charming and has everything you need, even a very good internet connection. Impeccable bedding, modern bathroom. Florence and François were flexible about the check-in time and provided us with a lot of information about nearby activities. Bikes are available at a reasonable price. François loves his region and there is plenty to see, nature and culture are at the rendezvous. We'll keep the address handy for a future stay.

What a gorgeous place to stay! We stayed for a few days and it wasn’t long enough. The home is an ideal location, a short walk to all the amenities in town but it is very peaceful and is hidden away. Marie-Louise was a great host and very helpful with everything. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Peaceful stay near Saumur, impeccable accommodation and renovated and carefully decorated. Many tours are 15 minutes or less away. We were delighted and will probably come back to the area. Thanks!

We were very well received by the mother who is very dynamic, the accommodation is very good, as described, everything was superb, the best thing about this accommodation is the garage, a real luxury for the car and bicycles, everything is within walking distance for shops and restaurants, we recommend this reservation without any problems, I think that if we go back to the area we will return without hesitation, a big thank you for this weekend which was impeccable. Enjoyed our weekend in Saumur. The Airbnb is in a great location, while being very quiet. Good communication, clear instructions. We recommend it.

Saumur is a super town to visit, and this apartment is a great base, very central to the restaurants and shops, and a short walk up to the castle and other sights, It’s a nice flat as well and a on a quiet road. Anaïs, Joëlle and Pierre were very helpful.

Jean Philippe was wonderful. He met us and showed us the apartment and explained how to use all the items. The apartment is very quiet and is in a beautiful courtyard. The coffee machine gave us the best coffee so far on our trip. I really appreciate that Jean Philippe supplied us with lots of coffee. These little details make a huge difference. We loved the location. The bed and the bath were very nice, we really enjoyed our stay.

Dominique was very welcoming and helped carry our bags up to the apartment. The apartment was nicely decorated and beds comfortable. The location was convenient for access to the old town and free parking nearby. We think our baby woke up the next door neighbour in the middle of the night, which we are sorry about 🫣 but we would stay again if Dominique would have us!

Good experience. The place was as described. Very nice, well arranged, very warm and functional. The bed is very large and access to the garden (a real little green oasis) is a real bonus. The only downside could be the parking. At times when the neighborhood is busy, it is rather difficult to find a place to park near the accommodation. I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Saumur.

A great place to stay! A few things were a little broken, and needed repair, but overall a great spacious flat. Could have done with more cooking utensils and pots/pans as we struggled to cook with what was there! Fab location- loved the street. Great outdoor area & private parking which was exceptional.
