This condo is very nice and comfortable. It is close to a beach access, basically you walk across the street. Jeff and Sibylle were quick to respond when I had questions on the stay. My family and I will definitely stay here again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay! We had a peaceful weekend enjoying time on the patio and enjoying the many amenities the resort has to offer. The cottage was clean and provided blankets, linens, and other necessities provided for our stay. The bed was comfortable and plenty of space in the home to lounge and spend time in. Thanks again!

When arriving the place was very clean we had a few water bottles, everything for the kitchen from utensils to dish soap. Beds had covers. Bathrooms had everything as well from hot running water to toilet paper, shampoos body soap. Place was nice for the family of five that we have. Would definitely go back for another stay.

Igor was very responsive, house was clean and the kiddos enjoyed the pool, we barbecued and made s’mores at night , my husband went fishing by the bay just a few steps from the house . There are a lot of restaurants and stores walking distance, overall my family was very pleased with all the amenities offered during our stay.

We loved our stay at the Coastal Cottage. I spent a good hour or so one day just looking at each of the art pieces (all original artwork, at least one was done by the owner herself). The house was clean, well decorated, well supplied with extra linens, dishes, & cleaning supplies. It was also perfectly situated within a block of a beach entrance, but in a quiet neighborhood. The back patio was also adorably decorated & well furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture & outdoor kitchen necessities.

We have stayed here multiple times and always love going back! I highly recommend this unit. It’s so close to so many good restaurants and the nightlife but far enough that you don’t get the noise! Esmeralda is always super helpful and very responsive!

This place was great. Our big family enjoyed the extra space. The bed in the master bedroom was nice. This will be our place we stay at next time we're in SPI.

Really enjoyed our time in this house. Felt like we were at home.

We loved it was walking distance to the beach, a diner and only a few mins of a drive to get to a grocery store. The house had plenty of towels, trash bags and dishes for our large group. Very comfy home.

Es la segunda ocasión que me alojó en esta casa y como siempre muy acogedora, el vecindario muy tranquilo y todo queda a 10 o 15 minutos de la casa como supermercados, Alfonso siempre al pendiente de los mensajes.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia ! Coincidía con la descripción, muy amplio , la vista espectacular y todo en orden ! En todo momento nos apoyaron con las dudas que llegamos a tener ya que llegamos antes del check in y pudimos estar en las amenidades mientras nos entregaban el dpto.
