Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The apartment is in a central location near a small supermarket, a bakery, a butcher's, a sports equipment shop, etc. The ski lift and the train station are also in walking distance. The apartment is in an old traditional Engadin style house in a quiet neighbourhood. It's located directly under the roof with skylight style windows. The apartment hosts up to 4 people. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs.

Kitchen with induction stove, Nespresso machine and much more are standard. The private parking lot has a charging station for electric cars (for a fee).

Val Zebrù - Baite di Pecè surrounded by nature.

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
