Located in the Perche, large and charming 260m2 longhouse with old-fashioned charm and modern comforts 1.5 hr from Paris and its 1 hectare lot is absolutely quiet. Its two huge fireplaces make it possible to create two independent living places to feel calm even while being many. The farmhouse opens on one side to a vast fruit garden that overlooks fields and the pool on the other and on the other an enclosed garden. We have a heated swimming pool in the sunniest spot.
