A place in the countryside, just beautiful!! Everything is great! The studio is cozy, very well arranged with an amazing view! The wellness area is just great!!! Relaxation and rest guaranteed!! We had an unforgettable girls weekend in the Granges à Roger. This home was a small haven. Very classy interior with comfortable bedding. The air conditioning is very important with the heat we had and an exterior with spa pool and petanque court that we loved. We had a problem with the coffee maker that was resolved very quickly thanks to our welcoming host and the care for us, thank you again

WOW - thats how i would describe this house - the views surrounding the house are amazing. It is so peaceful and quiet. The house is a real home from home and had everything you could possibly need, including a play room which was absolutely brilliant for my 20 month old grandaughter. The pool and garden were both ideal and my grandaughter loved the playhouse and slide. It is only a short walk down to the lake and swimiining in it is just amazing - water is clear and there is free to park municiple beach a short drive away. It is about 20 min drive into annecy which we did a few times which again is absolutely beautiful. Hubert was a fantastic host and was responsive and helpful as well as a lovely welcome gift from him and his family. I could go on and on about how wonderful our holiday was but i will finish with I would love to go back to this house and will be revisiting again one day - thank you Hubert

Five days in the Annecy region and the location of this cottage was fantastic. Close to everything, yet quiet. Upon arrival everything was extremely clean and Paul was super easy to reach with questions. The pool was still a little too cold for our 1-year-old child upon arrival, but Paul turned up the heating a little higher without any problems. For a couple who wants to explore the region around the lake, this is a wonderful place to stay.

Axelle's house is really amazing; everything anyone can ask. Beautiful, big, with nice facilities, fully equipped, in a nice and quite village. It was the second time we booked and stayed at Axelle's house and for sure we will go back next year. Axelle was really nice and friendly, and very easy to communicate for whatever we needed during our stay. I fully recommend it. 5 stars for sure!

we spent the weekend of the ascension under the sun facing Mont Blanc, the chalet is in a very quiet area with a splendid view. It is very functional with a typical Savoyard decor. Thanks to Theo for the quality of this accommodation. We'll be happy to come back.

Beautiful cottage with an incredible view. Very well equipped and clean. Everything is new. The place is 2 minutes from the Prarion cable cars and close to the city center. We are a couple with two teenagers and we had a very pleasant stay in Mickaël's house! The house is located in an extremely quiet environment, and 15 minutes from Saint François Longchamp ski resort. It's very comfortable, and has all amenities. Located in the village of La Chambre, all shops are within walking distance in 2 minutes! In addition, Mickaël is a very responsive host who made check-in and check-out easy!

a superb stay at Anne Sophie's mazot. Everything matched the listing description. The guidelines are clear and advice on restaurants and various visits were welcome. the host is very responsive and the mazot was very clean as well as the jaccuzi which was very appreciated. I highly recommend this rental which meets all expectations for a pleasant and quiet stay.

We had a really nice stay. The house is cozy, clean and surrounded by nature. Catherine and Jean Paul were very kind guests and allowed us to have a unique experience: cuddling the goats and bottle-feeding them! We left early in the morning and couldn't say goodbye in person, but we thank them from the bottom of our hearts for everything. Highly recommended!

Top house, we loved our stay at Eloïse's. As described. We were welcomed by Malo (the cat) very sociable and pleasant! The house was spotless, very clean! The budget is substantial but the house offers a number of beds and all kinds of activities to occupy young and old!

Everything is really excellent, the hosts are very friendly, recommendable and very respectful, but the place is a piece of paradise and the views of the ropes and the top of Mont Blanc and close to Chamonix, when I repeat the visit I will stay again with them Thank you

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.
