Pièce à vivre de 48 m2, avec cuisine ouverte toute équipée, coin détente avec téléviseur 127 cms, climatisation. Suite parentale de 35 m2 avec douche italienne, double vasques, wc indépendant, climatisation. Mezzanine de 30 m2. Les deux lits font 160X200. Terrasse privative avec barbecue weber.

Venez vous ressourcer dans ce lieu calme, neuf et lumineux, de plein pied, au RDC de ma maison : entrée indépendante, terrain de pétanque. Garage pour vélos. L'espace cuisine est aménagé dans le garage, vous pourrez prendre vos repas dans la pièce d'à côté ou sur la terrasse. Je me ferai un plaisir de vous renseigner : randonnées, baignade (lac, rivières, piscine en juillet-août), via ferrata, restaurants, commerces, médecin. 10 min à pied du centre village, marché chaque lundi matin.

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.
