Casa Abuelos, 5 minutes from Lerma. I bill the total

The grandparents' house, a beautiful and spacious house located 7 minutes from downtown Lerma, 15 minutes from Toluca International Airport and Lerma outlets, is 300 meters from the UAM University. To get to the house from the main avenue, you only have to go through 200 meters of unpaved road. The house is new and still needs carpentry but everything can be seen in the photos, Note: the fireplace is not yet in service… If you have questions, you can ask me with confidence

The normal climate in Lerma de Villada, State of Mexico, is temperate sub-humid, with average annual temperatures of 12.4°C. It is characterized by a rainy season in summer and temperatures ranging from 19°C in the highest areas. A lovely place, welcome!
