In training for 4 periods of 3 weeks on the INSPE Fondettes site, I found the perfect place to stay. Comfortable, cozy, very quiet environment, this studio met my expectations. Large courtyard that allows you to park the car. The discreet presence of Emilie and Raphaël was a real support. I highly recommend this listing!

Delightful flat in a historic building. It’s been renovated recently, and looks great. No complaints but do note that it’s next to the lively plaza full of bars. Things can get loud around 2 am but only for a short time.

We cannot recommend Alexia’s place enough. Such a beautiful spot, surrounded by nature. The space is well thought out, you will not find it lacking anything. Alexia has great recommendations for places to dine in Tours. Recommend doing the wine tour with her as well. She is very knowledgeable and makes it easy for amateurs to understand. Alexia also did not hesitate to help us book a taxi at the end of our stay. Don’t hesitate to book!

A stunning architect-designed renovation by our host. Our only negative was the lack of laundry facilities, and occasional hiccups navigating TV and sound system. But loved the kitchen and crockery and cookware.

We had a great weekend with the family at Amélie's. The house is very well arranged and nothing is missing. We were able to enjoy the outdoors with a lovely view of the surrounding countryside. Peace and serenity minutes from Tours. As for Amélie, she deserves her title as a great host: availability, kindness, a sense of hospitality with little touches. Certainly, we'll be back.

Very nice and functional accommodation. A terrace very pleasant to live in. Four bedrooms of very decent size. Fabienne, our host, is available, friendly and pleasant. The accommodation is very well located: you can walk around the accommodation . You are close to Tours (1o min) and there are many activities around( visits to castles , caves, beautiful pool in Tours...). This is an address I recommend!

This was our first family trip to France, it was bittersweet to say goodbye to our home away from home. Walking up to the home you feel like you are stepping back into time. The home felt cozy and spacious. The interior design of the home created a peaceful atmosphere waking up refreshed each morning for a new adventure. We were so thankful to have such a great experience with our hosts. We hope to return one day! Awesome place to stay and hosts 👍 Very quiet place Bed very comfortable Great decoration A lot of amenities, a dishwasher with a pod to save you time ( same for the washing machine). - Independent entrance from the owner, who allowed us to check in later than planned. - Hosts accommodating and not disruptive during our stay. - Great pool ( although I couldn't enjoy it much) I recommend it and why not come back if we go back through Tours 👍
