The house is located close to 2 large ponds of the Voireau with its beach and the Provostière for beautiful walks and 7 km from Riaillé with all the shops.

Large charming gîte in the common areas of the romantic Château de Launay in the peaceful and green countryside of Grand-Auverné. We are 45 minutes from Nantes, Angers or Rennes. It can accommodate 20 people and offers 240 m2 with 2 fitted and equipped kitchens, 10 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 3 bathrooms. Under the central porch, there is a large wellness area with a jacuzzi (for 6-7 people) and a sauna. Outside, the access, parking and garden are private.

The house is composed of a bedroom with its walk-in shower, a 2nd bedroom, an equipped kitchen/living room that can accommodate young and old, a living room with a double sofa bed. You can enjoy a terrace to eat or relax and an outdoor area of 3800 m2 with swimming pool (from May 29 to September 27). Our house is also on this property.

My place is surrounded by multicenter trees of ancient roses and hydrangeas in a property dating from the 18th century 4 km from the town of Nort sur Erdre and its train station , 30 minutes from Nantes ,close to the canal from Nantes to Brest ideal for hikers on foot or by bike ,fishermen, canoe rides...many circuits in the area. Summer school holidays: weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. Outside vacation: Minimum 2 nights rental.
