La maison a vu grandir 2 enfants et bénéficie de tous les équipements nécessaires pour bien profiter de votre séjour : jeux de jardin (balançoires, trampoline, badminton, espace foot, nombreux jouets) et équipements pratiques (chaise haute, poussettes, baignoire haute,...), et poney club au bout de la propriété.

Cette maison de campagne dispose de grands espaces communs (salon, salle à manger, espace TV), de 4 chambres et 3 Sdb. A l'extérieur, profitez du jardin et de la prairie. Au cœur du Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, vous pourrez rayonner selon vos envies (gustatives, brocantes, randonnées, sport, spa…). Capacité d’accueil : 9 adultes et 3 enfants (lit d'appoint au RDC et 2 lits bébés sur demande).

On the edge of the Perche, the Domaine de La Lipomerie is a rare, authentic place to recharge your batteries as a couple or as a family. In this 4-hectare estate, the seat of a family home, La Petite Maison, a former bakehouse, has been renovated with attention to raw and natural materials combining comfort and respect for old buildings. On the program: visit to farm animals, collection of fruits and vegetables, swimming pool in fine weather, comforting fires in the stove in winter.

Ce cottage vous offre un lieu de repos et la possibilité de découvrir le parc naturel du Perche. La piscine chauffée est partagée avec la propriétaire qui habite sur le domaine. La piscine est fermée d’octobre à fin Mai selon la météo. Possibilité d'accueillir vos chevaux au pré et de les monter dans la petite carrière ou en ballade. Poêle à bois. 4 G. Terrasse privative fleurie.

Then comfortably seated on the terrace at sunset or on the sofa in front of the Norvegian stove, taste the Perche products with family or friends.
