Underfloor heating makes this space very cozy in winter. Upstairs are 2 comfortable and intimate bedrooms, each with a Queen bed. There is also the bathroom and washer dryer. A jewel of tranquility ideally located, almost next to the famous Château Frontenac.

This appartment is comfortable for 7 People max. If you are a bigger group, we can accomodate you by lodging your group in two appartments, one on top of the other. Lodging capacity with both appartments is 18 people. Well located family appartement. You will have the St-Lawrence river, water foutains, parks, etc just across the street. Walking, cycling path and Ferry station are just one minute away.
