This is a refurbished apartment, very bright, comfortable and well-equipped, 45 m2, located on the twelfth floor offering a superb view from the balcony (5.5 m2) of Paris and La Défense. La Défense is a 5-minute bus ride from the accommodation (15-minute walk) and Paris is 15 minutes away (5-minute walk + 10-minute train ride). For sports and entertainment lovers, it is also a 30-minute walk to Paris La Défense Arena. This listing is my primary residence, it is very important to me; I love it very much.

My studio is a 7 minute walk from the station RER A Nanterre Ville and bus stops. It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.

In a small independent house, at the bottom of our garden, very quiet and green, come and discover this cozy little nest completely refurbished and decorated with care. Located 10 minutes from the center of Paris (Saint Lazare train station) and 10 minutes from La Défense (by bus), 30 minutes from the Defense Arena. Well located and close to all amenities (public transport, shops, pharmacy, bakery, etc.). Coffee and tea are provided, linens and towels are available.

On a quiet street, I offer this studio in new condition that accommodates up to 4 people. The T2 tram station "Les Fauvelles" is 9 minutes on foot and allows you to reach the Eiffel Tower in 45 minutes and the Champs Elysées in 30 minutes.
