Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in La Florida

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

far away, very good accommodation for a family group, comfortable and very complete. safe parking and easy to get to. easy access to move around Santiago. the host a seven. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. There were 6 of us, and we were very comfortable and happy.

Everything as described, cozy

We loved it from the autonomous entrance that the house has and the place is very nice as in the photos, we were able to share quietly, the owner was very kind at all times, we would return without hesitation in another opportunity. We thank don diego for his kindness

We had a wonderful experience at this home. It is spacious, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are large and cozy, with everything you need to avoid the cold. Something we really appreciated was that there was food available for sale, which was ideal since we arrived late and didn't get to buy anything. The setting is beautiful, very quiet and easily accessible. The host, Carla, was incredibly kind and responded promptly to all our inquiries, helping us at all times. Their attention made a big difference in our stay. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

This was our third trip to Santiago. We specifically chose this neighborhood for the restaurants and shops. Poliane's apartment was great. The rooms are definitely small, but everything was in good condition, and the views are great.

This place was everything described and more. The area was very easy to navigate and offers soooo many food and entertainment options. Right near subway and extremely walkable. Nearby Barrio Italia offered great food and entertainment! Felt safe and secure in the apartment and it was very clean, not to mention the amazing view from the 29th floor! Great job Jose Luis! Highly recommend!!

My stay was just excellent.😁 From the first moment, communication was fluid and the service was incredible. The place was spotless, well located and exactly as in the pictures. Care was noted in every detail. I would definitely come back here and recommend it 100% 🙌

Apartment with an excellent view, the apartment has everything for cooking, new bed linen and towels, the host's service is very good! It has a wonderful view of Santiago, at night the view is spectacular 100% recommended for pleasant nights

We had a great time staying in Vitacura. The Penthouse was lovely and spacious. They left a nice bottle of wine for us upon arrival. The patio was FANTASTIC with views of the entire city practically. We loved the openness of the space. The beds and the bedrooms were so clean and comfortable. The master bathroom shower was really wonderful. Great hot water!! The second bathroom had some issues with the shower control and sink faucet, but we just didn't use them. The kitchen was very clean and had most of what we needed to cook and eat in. Only negative would be the condition of the main sofa in the living space. The main seating and pillows are a bit dirty and in need of a good cleaning or replacement. The neighborhood was lovely. It was very safe with quiet streets, close to excellent restaurants and a grocery. The only negative would be that it's a bit of a walk to the metro, however Uber was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is amazing with a wonderful terrace. Next to two shopping malls, in a super financial area, with parks and also with car parking. What I liked the most was the outdoor area and I love that part of Santiago and it leaves me calm, because I'm going to work. It's a premium location.

Excellent apartment in excellent building and location. The apartment is as shown in the pictures and has everything the description says. Premium linens and towels and all the equipment in general is excellent. Ximena is always very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!!!

I totally recommend the place, Juane allowed us to check in early since we arrived in the city at dawn, a comfortable cozy place, there were clean towels, the location is really good, close to the subway, I would only recommend a few kitchen utensils to make tea or a suitable breakfast, the rest is 10 out of 10. Super recommended.

The stay at Karina's house was great, the apartment was very nice and clean, the highlight of the apartment is the location, right next to the subway, with everything nearby, really perfect. Communication with Karina was great, she always responded very quickly. The building's doormen, all very kind. My family and I spent incredible days in Chile. Super I recommend the apartment.

The apartment meets expectations, has a good organization in terms of services and amenities. In addition, the place is very accessible and walkable in proximity to get around.

Sonia's place has great location! the apartment was wonderful, well equipped, clean and very welcoming. Sonia was very communicative and respond quickly to any question we had. the only downside for us was that there was a neighbor that put lowd music almost every evening. for us it was very frustrating... When it happened- Sonia answered our texts late in the evening and did what ever she can to try and take care of this noise, so no complaints about Sonia at all. also, she try to help us with a flexible check out, which was very appreciated.

Great and homely accommodation with proximity to Barrio Italia, good restaurants and shopping. Great host who was thoughtful and helpful. Can really recommend staying at Gonzalo's place!
