This place was everything described and more. The area was very easy to navigate and offers soooo many food and entertainment options. Right near subway and extremely walkable. Nearby Barrio Italia offered great food and entertainment! Felt safe and secure in the apartment and it was very clean, not to mention the amazing view from the 29th floor! Great job Jose Luis! Highly recommend!!

The place is very conveniently located, steps from a mall and with all the amenities available. It is easy to get to and from as it connects directly to Avda. Américo Vespucio. The apartment is just as described in the photos, it has a nice view and is perfect for 4 people. It has parking, which makes the stay much easier for those of us who drive. The building has a 24-hour concierge and they are always available to solve any problems. The host gave us quick and accurate directions, always kept in touch and was very proactive about important information for both check-in and check-out. Very good place, 100% recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Juan Pablo's apartment. My husband, son, and I spent nearly three weeks here and felt right at home. The apartment is located on the top floor of a six-story building with a concierge, in a lovely and central neighborhood. It's quiet, spacious, and features a terrace with stunning views of the mountains. The apartment is very well-suited for longer stays, with convenient amenities like a washer/dryer. The only small suggestion we have is to add a few more kitchen items, such as a salad bowl and an extra frying pan. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment and would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit to Santiago!

My stay at the property was excellent and exceeded my expectations! The owner/host's service was very attentive and helpful, always available to answer questions and ensure that everything went well. Communication was agile and transparent at all times. Without a doubt, I recommend this property for those looking for comfort, practicality and great value for money. If I need to stay in the area again, I will certainly stay here again!

clean environment, with everything you need, the location is good, close to a station, you can go out at night with peace of mind and there are markets and things to eat nearby, if I come back on a future occasion, I would stay there again. Not to mention the beautiful view, I recommend it

The location is great, the room has enough space, Wi-Fi and TV work well. Everything was wonderful, just pay attention to the mattress. For couples weighing over 70 kg each and with back problems, the mattress “sinks”, which can become a problem for longer stays. Eduardo is organized, clean and very helpful. I recommend it to everyone! Oh, enjoy the shopping mall in front: good pizza; Dulce Pimenta, a 2nd floor restaurant, great, good dishes and fair price. Japanese on the 3rd floor, I recommend it.

The house is very cozy and very similar to the photos. The accommodation was nice and the location is great, close to a lot of shops. We liked it a lot!

Arturo always responded to us promptly even early in the morning. He was a super friendly host and provided clear instructions. Amenities were comprehensive, and the location was good. Convenient and walkable to many major attractions and some lovely neighborhoods like Lastarria.

Cristobal was very attentive from the first message I sent to learn more about the accommodation and any questions we had during the stay, he responded quickly. The apartment is great, well-equipped for cooking, a very comfortable bed and a good shower! Points for improvement: it would be ideal to install air conditioning, because the apartment faces the sunrise, so the sun shines all day, which makes it very hot! We didn't need air conditioning because it was cold, but we still used the portable fan to sleep. Regarding the TV, we were unable to use it because it had few streaming services and we were unable to install others.

Very comfortable room in a gated condominium, easy to get to from the airport in about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Nora is an excellent host, everything is very clean, she allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in. 10 minutes away is the Mall Arauco Maipu, very large with many stores

I stayed for a week, the place was comfortable and clean, we were two people and we each had their privacy. I was able to walk to iconic places in the city from the accommodation, close to the metro too, it felt quiet and at home. Definitely a good place to stay!

Excellent place, we went for a show at the Caupolican theater and the location was perfect, the apartment was very clean and cozy, I have been in other rentals before and I had never slept so well in a place like there. Very grateful
