Luisa was very nice. She was attentive to us throughout our stay, with recommendations and instructions for taking transportation. The bed is very comfortable! It has many blankets in case the temperature drops. The sofa bed is not so comfortable, I would not recommend sleeping there. The space looks small but it's very comfortable.

Very pleasant stay, a nice apartment, very comfortable, the area is very quiet, easy to get around (nearby metro station). Carola was very kind, always willing to help with all inquiries, everything was clear from the start.

We love the apartment, fully equipped for the cold, with everything needed for a long stay, cozy apartment, quiet and well equipped condominium, several nearby mini markets, larger markets, some good restaurants and subway also a few minutes from the centers. Leonardo and his wife always respond quickly and clearly, they are flexible and solicited, with eyes closed!

The apartment is wonderful, it has all the kitchen and cleaning utensils. It was possible to wash clothes in the building. There are several mini-markets next to the building. However, because it was in the center, we were alarmed about the dangerous neighborhood and there were no nearby restaurant options. We ended up having a hard time when we returned from the tours, because we couldn't find options for lunch and dinner, so we had to cook every day. Cerro Santa Lúcia is 1 km away and has the subway near the hill.

Excellent and comfortable apartment with a very nice view. All very clean and well equipped. The best thing is the host's service, always attentive to answer questions. He even moved some furniture on request, which made our stay much more comfortable. 100% recommended.

This place worked great for my month-long stay in Santiago. I'll just point out a few highlights of the apartment that were of particular importance to me: - Fast and reliable internet. I work online with lots of videoconferencing and had no problems. - Clean and modern, with a comfortable bed - A metro station about 30 meters out of the apartment door. I didn't originally plan on using the metro very often, but it ended up being a lot more useful than I thought - Cristian is very responsive if you have any questions. Thanks for the great stay, I really enjoyed my time in Chile!

Excellent apartment in excellent building and location. The apartment is as shown in the pictures and has everything the description says. Premium linens and towels and all the equipment in general is excellent. Ximena is always very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!!!

It's like being at home, the environment is quiet, you can walk around and there's a mall very close, 5 min away.

The apartment is exactly as in the photos: cozy, well decorated and with a wonderful view of the mountains. The building is super safe and the location is excellent, with a charming coffee shop on the corner, which offers impeccable service. It is about a 20-minute walk from the main squares and sights. We received food orders by app without any problems, the delivery was made directly at the reception, which was very practical. Communication with Lorel was great from start to finish, always attentive and quick to respond. The apartment is well-equipped and ideal for two people. We had a very pleasant stay and we definitely recommend it

My stay with my wife was amazing! Francisco is an excellent host, he welcomed us very well, gave us all the necessary instructions before and during the stay, left alfajores, coffee capsules and other treats that make a lot of difference in a reception that was mega welcoming! The apartment is super functional, fully equipped, clean, organized, close to good markets and 2 subway stations. The day I return to Santiago I definitely want to stay again and will recommend it to everyone who goes there one day too!
