Cozy accommodation 5 km from Disneyland. Very clean, convenient parking garage. Comfortable beds. We recommend it

The location is perfect if you're going to Disney. In our case, we called an Uber because it was close and we didn't have to depend on the bus schedules. The house has all the amenities in case you want to cook, if you go with children it is very good because it also has a crib. Sophie was always attentive to everything, she gave us recommendations in the area and you can walk to the shopping mall where there are restaurants and shops. On the last day our check-out was at 11:00 and Sophie was very generous in letting us stay longer until it was time to go to the airport. A total success, we would be happy to repeat.

Great stay at this place, everything is well thought out in detail so that we had everything we needed. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, very quiet despite the nearby street. The private parking right next door is very convenient but can be full if you come home late, however there are places on the street to park if ever.

Vanessa air b&b was a great the location was perfect for visiting Disneyland we were a family of 5 so the uber/bolt was €15 each way and always available within minutes of booking. The air b&b was lovely to come back to after a long day of walking to just relax beds were comfy and overall the apartment was very clean and everything we needed was there. Great location for shopping in val d europe and we also did a day trip into Paris using the rer which is also convenient located close to the apartment. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an apartment close to disneyland 😊

Great accommodation. Highly recommended. Communication was great. We forgot a few things in the apartment and were allowed to return after check-out time. It is certain that if I return to the area, it is a home that perfectly meets my expectations.

We stayed in Nicolas' apartment for three nights and felt very comfortable. The location to Disneyland is unbeatable, there is a shuttle bus, a public bus and you can also easily walk there. The apartment is as described and seen in the pictures. There are many restaurants and a huge shopping center in the vicinity, but the location is pleasantly quiet. Communication with Nicolas was always very good and the instructions for checking in and out were easy to understand. We will be happy to come back, thanks for everything!

Excellent appratment - even better than the photos. The host reaponds to any questions quickly. Easy to access, check-in and out. One possible issue - if you have extra waist layers like me, it is a challenge to get the keys at check-in. The parking places are right infront of the parking gate and next to the entrance door. The beds are good combination - firm mattresses in one of the room, soft in the other. Wi-Fi is good for video conferencing. Bonus - there is a visiting black cat which allows you to pet it.

We had a fantastic stay at Xavier and Santaya’s wonderful apartment. It was perfect for our group of six, with two full bathrooms and plenty of space to relax. The location could not be better—just a short walk to the metro, which takes you directly into the heart of Paris or just one stop in the other direction to Disneyland Paris. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and made our visit so enjoyable. We highly recommend staying here and hope to return again someday!

We had a great night in this home with my friends! The place was perfect for meeting, chatting and enjoying a good time together. The barbecue was really a big plus, we had a great time! The setting is nice, the accommodation was clean and as advertised. I highly recommend for a short friendly stay. Thank you again for hosting us!

Everything was great. We enjoyed the private spa and the little garden area is very nice. It's quiet.

Couple with 2 young children. We had 3 great days in this beautiful and pleasant house, inside and out. Although next to a small road, there is no nuisance, it is very quiet. We ate all our meals in the garden, contemplating the beautiful cherry tree and listening to the frogs in the evening. The house is tastefully decorated, very comfortable and has all the amenities. 5 minutes from the Mer de Sable, 15 minutes from Senlis and 25 from Chantilly. Very flexible check-in and check-out. What a joy!

We had a great time thanks to Adèle. The house is perfect for hosting several families with children. Everything is well thought out and the large garden with the volleyball court is a real plus! Thanks again to Alain for hosting us and for his flexibility.

We’ve had a great stay at Jean Phillips house. Everything was available to accomodate large groups. The private garden is ideal for some great BBQs. The host is very thoughtful and responded quickly to our questions.

The accommodation was very nice, clean and beautiful. Quiet environment with a very beautiful garden and outdoor seating. The accommodation is within a great driving distance to both Disneyland and Paris. The hosts are very nice and helpful people. They allowed our family to check in early in the morning, even though the standard check-in is from 4:00 p.m. We highly recommend this place!!!

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful holiday home! Everything we needed was present: three bathrooms, two separate toilets and a very well equipped kitchen. Everything was sparkling clean on arrival. Communication with Valerie was also very pleasant and smooth. The location was ideal: within 15–20 minutes we were at Disneyland Paris. We will definitely come back here if we visit this region again!

We spent two days in this apartment during our trip to visit Disneyland. The location was excellent — very close to Disneyland, with plenty of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines nearby. This was my second time staying at this apartment, and once again, it was a fantastic experience! The host was incredibly helpful, respectful, and quick to respond to any of our accommodation needs. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Parking in the basement is convenient and fits an average-sized car with no problem. One of my favorite features is the balcony—it’s perfect for enjoying a peaceful morning coffee with the table and chairs set up just right. I also loved the updated decor since my last visit—it’s clear the host puts care into keeping the space fresh and welcoming. I’m already looking forward to my next trip and hope this gem is available again!

Apartment suitable for large families, the comfort of having everyone's privacy, 2 toilets/1 bathroom/1 shower room. Everything is really close to RER, stores, restaurants. Perfect for a stay at Disney!! My family had a great time... What happiness!
