Enjoy a little slice of heaven in our charming villa with its swimming pool, landscaped garden, view and direct access to the sea: at the end of the garden, a secluded beach and snorkeling spot; via the customs trail, 150 m away, the nautical club and the Garonne beach. You will enjoy the view and the magnificent sunsets over the sea and the bay of Toulon during your naps, aperitifs or meals in the garden and various terraces as well as walks on Hyeres and Gien.

The peninsula

'La Gaou' is our family home located 100 m from the coast facing the Embiez archipelago and right next to the Gaou Islands. These natural spaces are sources of inspiration as the landscapes change according to the sun's path and climatic conditions. On the first floor of our villa, the apartment called 'La Presqu'île' intended for our visitors, offers a real balcony over the Brusc lagoon and views of the open sea.

Ideal house for relaxation: air-conditioned, you can relax by your private pool, organize barbecues and spend restful nights on high-quality bedding (We are aware that sleep is important ;). But you will be close to the beaches (6 min drive), charming town of Sanary (6 min drive), supermarket (2 min drive), casino, restaurants… Possibility of loaning childcare equipment and games to travel light.
