It is in an excellent location, just blocks from the hotel area, restaurants, OXXO, pharmacies, gas stations, and bars. The residential complex has a boat ramp. For more than 16 guests, there is an additional charge.

Spacious and illuminated studio for 2 people. Murphy bed size queen size, double recliner sofa, table and 2 chairs, kitchen and bathroom. Garden with pool. Parking. We have 100Mb fiber optic internet. It has direct and private access on the ground floor of our home. Share garden and laundry with another suite in the same house. We cannot accept pets, we live on the top floor of the house and we have 2 cats. Closed fractionation with beautiful beach club. The house is for sale.
