The interior of our newly renovated home is spacious and bright, with a large living room opening onto a modern and fully equipped kitchen. The main room features a modern sofa facing a smart TV and a dedicated audio system to enjoy your favorite entertainment. There are three comfortable bedrooms on the ground floor, including a master bedroom with en suite bathroom with a large shower and dressing room. All three offer comfort and privacy to its occupants. A second bathroom is available for the other two bedrooms. You will also find on the ground floor, a complete laundry room with the amenities of home: a washing machine and a dryer. It also serves as a third bathroom with a sink and a beautiful shower. Upstairs, a dormitory accommodates 4 people, children or teenagers, while a separate office allows you to work in complete peace and quiet. Outside, two spacious terraces offer an XXL relaxation area to enjoy the sun and outdoor meals. The back of the house overlooks a large garden with a bowling alley, ideal for outdoor activities and barbecues with friends.

La Mouette gîte for 4 people

La Mouette is located a 2-kilometer walk to Mont St Michel. The accommodation is air-conditioned, fully equipped and offers all the comforts you are looking for at home. On the ground floor, the living room with kitchen, living room, toilet, shower and upstairs 2 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom + 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Walking distance to the shuttles of the Mont in 15 minutes or 45 minutes at the foot of the Merveille. Great for walkers. Morning and evening you can watch the passage of the sheep of Prés Salés in front of the house.

Set in a 4 hectare property, in the heart of a small wooded valley that is home to all kinds of wildlife, and opposite a pond of over 5,000m2, this gîte is perfect for getting together with family or friends in a soothing setting, lulled by the flow of the nearby stream. Bikes can be hired on site, making it possible to get to Mont Saint Michel in 1 hour via the Couesnon marshes.
