We had such an amazing time at Benita’s secret house! It was absolutely full of charm and character and exceeded our expectations on every level. It is rare you find a place that is better than the pictures and that is true of this private sanctuary. Benita was delightful to meet, responsive to every inquiry, and provided amazing suggestions on activities and places to visit that made it an outstanding experience. Au revoir Secret House. You introduced us to the French countryside in the best way possible.

We had a great time with 9 people, and all the residents are unanimous: we left delighted. The place is peaceful, friendly, well maintained, and ideally located, just minutes from the sea. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for resting, and several nice walks are possible in the surroundings. The pool is lovely, well exposed and clean - a real plus to enjoy the stay. A big thank you to Fabien for his spontaneity, availability and warm welcome. He was responsive and attentive throughout the stay, which greatly contributed to the success of our vacation. Check-in and check-out are independent: it's a real plus when you arrive from far away with the vagaries of the road. We recommend this property without hesitation!

We really enjoyed our stay. The fantastic view deserves a special mention! The facilities in the villa are great - everything you need is there. Matthieu was always available and gave us great tips for things to see and do around Toulon.

After a few busy days in Nice, exactly what we were looking for. A great house with a fantastic pool in a beautiful setting. During the day we were able to relax well, grill something delicious and in the evening we visited St. Tropez. Karine has excellent taste and the house is both lovingly furnished and everything is beautifully and tastefully decorated... you immediately felt at home. There is a beautiful beach right within walking distance, be sure to bring the bikes to explore the area. Great bike paths along the coast. Karine sent valuable restaurant tips right after arrival. We'll definitely be back. Thank you.

Alexia’s home was absolutely beautiful and equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay! The house was spotlessly clean, modern, and in a quiet location only minutes from the beach and town. It was the perfect space for 4 adults. We enjoyed relaxing outside, in the pool, and cooking in the kitchen. Alexia was so kind and available constantly to answer any of our questions and concerns. She went above and beyond to help us with any issues and to make our stay as wonderful as possible.

I booked Celia's place for my daughter and her spouse , they were well received and with recommendations for places nearby. The accommodation is beautiful and very clean , not to mention the garden with its jacuzzi and beautiful decor for a relaxing moment. Breakfast is great! I would definitely recommend Celia's place.

We enjoyed the time at the "Maison Caryatides" very much! The decor is beautiful and stylish, so you immediately feel very comfortable, with many details. Really special! It also has everything you need - stove for colder days (we were there in a rainy week in April) and a wonderful coffee maker and other amenities such as washing machine, many cupboards, comfortable rain shower etc. Our 2 1/2 year old daughter loved the nursery, which is lovingly designed with games and children's furniture, and was able to sleep very well there. The location is fantastic, right next to a few nice boutiques in the center of Cotignac, it has many very fine restaurants and cafes nearby and Silvie knows the best places. Nevertheless, it is quiet at night. We would recommend the place at any time and could have stayed there longer than 1 week. Thank you!

Everything was perfect for us. All the descriptions of the property, photos etc were accurate. Daniel and Jeremy were very helpful and always responded to queries. We did not speak French and they did not speak English but we managed to comunicate by phone/text and translator apps. So no issues. It was slighly difficult to get to by car but once you got used to it, it was not an issue. There are no shops or restaurants close by but that did not worry us as we were happy to make our own dinner each evening. The weather was perfect during our stay 20 deg at 09.00 and a max of around 30 deg. We would recommend this place to any couple, either as a base for site seeing or to chill out if you don't want to get out and about. We visited 3 different beaches during our stay and did touristy things during the day. Then made our own meal in the evening. We ate breakfast and dinner on the terrace and it was very peacful. We recommend this place. We stayed 26/5 to 2/6/2025. Ena + Alex

Loved our stay at this place. The setting is idyllic and the accommodation very clean. Nothing to say except superb. The decor is tasteful and the accommodation is very well located!

Great accommodation for sharing family moments out of season in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Very nice view of the sea from the terrace. Well-decorated apartment. Parking spaces more on the port, not really in the street, but only 3 min walk. An electric vehicle charging station on the port 8 min walk.

Our stay at Jean Marc and Coco's was a real moment of rest, discovery! And a party! 🍾 Everything is nearby, Jean Marc gave us good advice, he and his wife are very good people, we even had a special moment together, the garden is a rare beauty, just like the heart of Jean Marc and Coco. I wish them all the best! And a fishing license before 5 years! 😉 We will meet them with great pleasure next time!

An exceptional stay, far beyond our expectations! The house is simply beautiful: set on the water, with breathtaking views, and full amenities that make everyday life incredibly comfortable. It feels like you're at a friend's house, the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. Jean-Charles took great care of us, and we also warmly thank his son Raphaël, present on site, for his availability and kindness. A rare experience, which we can only recommend without so much as a second thought

Everything was perfect, very clear explanations and very clean accommodation, no complaints.

The house itself is spacious and beautifully decorated. The living area is bright and airy, featuring large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The open-plan kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them at the large dining table, which comfortably accommodated our group of eleven. Our experience at Villa Azur was nothing short of fantastic. It’s the perfect getaway for families, friends, or anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of the coast. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return!

We stayed at Louis & Anne's house with our two kids (2+4 years old). We were welcomed by both Louis and Anne, and they were very kind to us and our children during our entire stay. We all felt very welcome. The house has a beautiful view, where it overlooks the town of La Beausset. It's easy to go to the town and do groceries etc. Also the pool is a chapter to itself. A wonderful, large, heated, salt-water pool. Magnificent for both adults and children. We were very happy to stay at Louis and Annes place.

We had a lovely stay at Jean Philippe's, the setting was very nice and very quiet. He helped us a lot to find the best beach spots, he was very available when we needed him i highly recommend this listing

Many thanks to Michael and Andrew for letting us spend our vacation in this enchanting accommodation! We felt 100% comfortable, slept well (each room has air conditioning), had enough space for seven and always enjoyed the great view from the terrace! The furnishings of the small kitchen are fabulous and we didn't miss anything. Communication is excellent, very accommodating, polite and friendly! A great plus is the possibility of using the tennis courts and the pool very close to the house. Our dog also liked it very much, as he could move freely through the fenced property. Great stay at Giulia & François'! Their family is really nice! Never hesitate to go to their restaurants, it's really amazing, we loved it! Our 6-month-old dog had an absolutely amazing time, even more than we did, and their two dogs Nina and Argo are very endearing! The place was also super clean, cozy and clutter-free!
