Cette maison peut offrir un séjour détente pour toute la famille. Elle est composée de 2 chambres, d'un salon avec canapé convertible, d'une cuisine équipée, d'un toilette et d'une salle d'eau. Une terrasse équipée est à votre disposition. Elle se situe sur le balcon de Belledonne, entre les stations thermales d'Uriage et d'Allevard mais aussi entre les stations de ski de Chamrousse et des 7 Laux. Elle se situe à environ 20min de ST Micro et SOITEC, 30min de Grenoble et à 45min de Chambéry

C'est un endroit paisible au cœur de la nature et aux pieds des montagnes, pour se détendre , pour randonner vers les lacs, pour le ski, pour découvrir la vallée du Grésivaudan. La maison est conçu en rapport avec l'écologie du lieu. Il y a une chambre en mezzanine avec un lit double, un second couchage est possible avec le canapé convertible si vous préférez dormir devant le poêle ou si vous venez à quatre. La salle de bain est équipée d'une grande douche et de toilette sèche écologique.

130 m2 house. (this is my primary residence, so with personal belongings) Located 15 min from Grenoble, 10 min from the bus bright accommodation, very nice view. I do NOT accept people who have bed bugs, for the good of all! following unpleasant surprises, do not bring more people than declared! 5 maximum! I speak English. no smoking! bath towels to bring for the pool! thorough cleaning of the house to be carried out upon your departure.

Chartreuse wooden house

Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.

Waterfront

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.
