Ideal for two people but possibility of two additional beds on the living room sofa bed. A private terrace is available. Two bikes are available on request, one with a baby seat. You will stay in a traditional, refurbished, detached house. Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* rated gîte. The Ô Lunain gîte, 40 m2 house located in Nonville, village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt-sur-Loing. Peaceful oasis on a 4-hectare property with garden, woods and river. We live there in another house, we would be happy to host you. Electric heating/wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

The air-conditioned Pretty villa, close to the banks of the Seine, will welcome you in the greatest comfort. You will enjoy its living room overlooking its garden, its 2 bedrooms, the first with a 160 x 200 cm bed, the second, a choice of a 160 x 200 cm bed or 2 90 x 200 cm beds, its fully equipped kitchen and its very beautiful bathroom. The villa has fiber optics, a parking space. The villa is an independent part of a large house. Not suitable PMR.

Located between the hiking trails of the Fontainebleau Forest and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us (included in the price). Bike rental (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions on the last photo of the listing). Bike path to explore on the towpath of the Loing Canal (Scandinavian).

Close to all amenities, you will find a bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, tobacco bar and the "express 47" bus line that connects Provins – Nangis – Melun station within a one-minute walk. You will also be 5-10 min drive from NANGIS or MORMANT train stations. Direct line to PARIS GARE DE L'EST. A key box is available which makes your arrival completely autonomous and tailored to your needs.
