This charming wooden chalet is conducive to relaxation. A beautiful flowered terrace and its hanging baskets invite you to connect with nature... birds... deer... to observe. A stream flows quietly behind the chalet and can be secured. Ideally located 1.5 hours from Paris, you can visit the castles of the Loire... Guedelon Castle 35 minutes away... make a stop at the Briare Canal or enjoy the panoramic view of Sancerre 40 minutes away... The Loire by bike is 10 minutes from the chalet.

Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

This accommodation may be suitable for vacationers keen to discover Guedelon and the Puisaye or the Loire Valley. It is also suitable for people who come to work temporarily in the area. The garden is very green and the residential area is quite quiet. The house is spacious and very bright. The neighbors are my parents, they have a small dog. It is not in the countryside but just go up the hill to be in the middle of the fields after the Bel-Air farm.

A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. In a renovated old farmhouse, ideally located between Guédelon and Saint-Fargeau, very close to Lake Bourdon, this peaceful accommodation will offer you a relaxing setting for the whole family. The place has a large wooded exterior that will let you stretch your legs. A small pond at the bottom of the property completes this picture. The accommodation consists of an entrance with cupboard, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and large living room.

This is our countryside house, located 2 hours from Paris in the wine-making region of Sancerre. This is a rustic family home, carefully renovated in an English cottage-style. It is charming, with exposed stone, original features, and a vine adorning the house. It has a log-burning fire for the winter and a garden full of fruit trees in the spring; a perfect spot to enjoy the local renowned goats cheese and crisp Sancerre white wine.
