Vacation rentals in La Catalina

This is my second January at Kite Beach staying in Elizabeth’s lovely condo. It’s right on the beach and easy to walk to local restaurants. About 30 mins walk into Cabarete. You couldn’t ask for a more beautiful beach. Ocean swimming as well as having a beautiful pool. It’s just such a great find. Can’t wait to come back. It was very hard to leave 😿😿

This was our second stay at Nick's place and it was great. Comfortable accommodations, excellent location and security, and Nick was a great and responsive host. Can't wait to come back!

Such and amazing stay, I will not only stay again but recommend others . The privacy was so amazing, the Chief , maid services and especially the transportation was top notch.

We could not have asked for a better week. You really feel a sense of community staying here. Everyone that we encountered was so friendly and engaging. The condo itself was perfect. Walkable to two restaurants right on the beach in either direction and an easy drive down to the main grocery. This is my third time in Cabarete in less than a year and this has honestly been my favorite place that I have stayed. Alexander is awesome! Helpful and responsive right when you need him! I will definitely be back!

We had a great time in Perla Marina. The house was spacious, well taken care of and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus. We didn't sped a great deal of time in the pool, but it was nice when we did. The property manager, Jose, was very helpful & responsive to any questions.

This was truly one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed, and it made my birthday celebration truly memorable. From the moment we booked, Damaris and her team went above and beyond—so kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. It felt like we were talking to a family member, not just a host. They answered every question we had, gave us amazing recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The home itself was beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully set up. Each of us had our own space to relax, but we were still able to be together and enjoy each other’s company. It was the perfect balance. You could tell a lot of love and intention went into every detail. I’m so grateful for this experience. Thank you to Damaris and her team for their warmth and hospitality that truly made us feel at home. God bless them—they played such a big part in making this trip so special for our family. I would recommend this stay a thousand times over.

Alexander is very friendly and a fantastic host. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely visit again. The home was perfect for our family of four. It was very clean and close to the local public beach and within walking distance to Santa Fe, which is a great place to visit as well. The restaurant, Maria’s, is just a short walk away and very delicious.

An amazing enviroment, well equiped and all needed to have to enjoy this place!. Highly recommended.

Beautifully place, in a safe and a gated community, I would highly recommend this for anyone traveling w family and or kids. Thank you.
