Modernes Appartement, in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zum Strand 😍 Küche gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt 😊

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana nell'appartamento con una bimba di 5 anni e ci siamo trovati bene. Si trova davanti al palau des arts e con servizio autobus a cinque minuti a piedi (metro un pò scomoda); vicinissimi supermercati e altri negozi alimentari. L'appartamento è silenzioso in quanto affaccia su una via laterale, senza passaggio frequente di auto. Accessoriato (forno, lavastoviglie, lavasciuga e persino ferro da stiro) e comodo; pulizia e fornitura biancheria professionali. Host reattivo e pronto per le nostre esigenze. La posizione è strategica soprattutto in bici, perchè dalla casa si arriva senza problemi sia in centro che alle spiagge (ma anche con i mezzi). Tornassi indietro mi sposterei solo in bici! c'è un noleggio proprio all'angolo del palazzo. In sintesi un'ottima esperienza a Valencia!

An amazing apartment in the heart of València. We stayed for 5 nights and had an amazing time. We ate out in the evening as there were so many bars and restaurants. Carmen and Iris were so helpful right from the start. The apartment was so clean and beautiful inside. Air conditioning was excellent as it was +30 degrees outside. Amenities were great. I even did some washing! Thank-you for a wonderful time

This was such a wonderful experience! The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained — a perfect home away from home. Carmen was an incredibly loving and caring host who made us feel truly welcomed. The location was great too — walking distance to a grocery store and several restaurants, and just a short bus ride to the beach. Overall, a fantastic stay that we’ll always remember!

Una estancia excelente. El piso estaba impecable, muy bien equipado y en una zona tranquila pero bien comunicada. El alojamiento era tal cual las fotos, tuvimos todo lo necesario para sentirnos como en casa. El anfitrión respondió rápidamente a cualquier consulta. Recomendado 100%. Definitivamente mi primera vez en Valencia fue maravillosa y volvería a repetir en esta estancia ✨🫶

God stay and friendly host.

We loved the location, service, decor and comfort. They thought of everything which was so nice given how tiring it can be to arrive after a long international flight. The team also helped me book a salon appointment and were very responsive. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Jaimes Wohnung. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage war sie sehr ruhig. Gute Ausstattung. Alles war wie beschrieben. Der Platz am großen Fenster war super zum relaxen. Jaime war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung unbedingt weiter und werden sicher noch einmal wiederkommen.

Great house with many rooms and separate beds. Really enjoyed the large terrace with swimming pool and BBQ. Friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Great spot , 10 minutes from the beach and close to public transport. Apartment was exactly what I wanted , maintained its traditional characteristics but had the mod cons you need. Definitely recommend it , beautiful home , beautiful veranda. Super

It was really great stay. I really appreciate host response in every manner. location is very nearby to Bus & Metro stops. Also 5-7 minutes to main center. Valdeolivas allowed for check in earlier and check out later. All in all it was great stay. Greatly recommend it.

We were a group of seven and this house was excellent as we all had enough privacy. The kitchen was well appointed, including a great coffee machine and we had some lovely meals both in the kitchen and outside, which in the evening was a lovely, shady area to eat and relax. The house was nicely private, not overlooked and the owner has obviously given a lot of thought to the fixtures and furnishings. Great location for either the beach area or to travel into town by tram, bus or metro. Overall a perfect house for combining a beach break with a vibrant, city location.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Rozana und Cristobal sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Es gibt allerdings kein zweites Schlafzimmer sondern lediglich ein durch Vorhänge vom Wohn-Essbereich abgetrennten Bereich für eine Person. Für uns war das aber ok. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und das morgendliche Schwimmen im Meer genossen. Unterkunft ist ca. 30min. von Valencia entfernt. Sehr toll auch die Stände der lokalen Bauern auf dem Weg. Hier konnen wir erntefrisches Obst und Gemüse erstehen. Sehr schmackhaft. Danke nochmal Rozana und Cristobal. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Great place in a up and coming neighborhood. My baby girls enjoyed their stay and Adriana's instructions were clear as water. I would definitely recommend the place to someone who has children.

We stayed for a week in this apartment. We were with a child and the owners provided us with a cot and a high chair for feeding, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is very convenient, 2 minutes to the sea. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. In the apartment we found many related things necessary for the beach, even a beach tent and we took it when we went to the beach with our child. We were super pleased 😊

An amazing apartment that is in a perfect location right by the Central Market and the rest of the old town of Valencia. Konstantin was great and allowed a slightly earlier check in. The apartment had everything you needed for both a short or long term stay. Can't rate it highly enough! Only issue was some noise outside at night but that's to be expected with such a central location.

El apartamento es estupendo, la ubicación excelente y el anfitrión ha sido muy atento y amable en todo momento.

Casa Desiré was perfect for our stay. Centrally located, we could walk to anything in the city or easily get an Uber or Taxi to travel to see our son’s soccer games outside the city. There is so much to walk and see from this location. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed spending time on the terrace every evening, watching people below and listening to the music from the street performers as they performed in the plaza. The terrace was perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine or beer after walking the city. It is close to grocery stores, shops and restaurants. Communication with the host was wonderful. Desiré recommended some great local pubs for watching soccer matches. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well during our stay. There is street noise from below, as it is located in the city center, but the noise was never an issue for us. The Central Market was so close, and had great local food. For us, this is definitely a 5 star accommodation!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Valence ! Le logement était conforme à la description, propre et très agréable. Les propriétaires ont été super accueillants, toujours disponibles et très proactifs. Ils nous ont donné de bonnes adresses de restaurants et se sont montrés flexibles sur l’heure de départ, ce qui a été très appréciable. Des hôtes vraiment sympathiques et professionnels – nous recommandons vivement !
