We had a wonderful stay! Nice little house, very modern, nicely decorated and very well equipped. The saxophonist next door was a great alarm clock (don't worry, not until 11:30 AM)! ;-) Parking is a bit difficult, however, the streets are very narrow! Overall super great - recommended!

We had a really nice stay in Porto Rotondo. Even though it was off season and the whole village was mostly empty. We enjoyed that it was very calm and quiet. The apartment was comfortable and clean. There is a beautiful big terrace which would be perfect in the summer😊. Overall we recommend the apartment and we would choose it again if we came back😊.

Don’t procrastinate, you really need to stay here! Graziella was so helpful, recommending all the best restaurants in town & just a short drive out of San Pantaleo. The town is so picturesque & chic, quiet in the best of ways & so many fabulous restaurants to choose from. We can’t wait to come back, San Pantaleo/Sardinia truly has our hearts! Our stay in Dorgali was splendid, not only for the enchanting beauty of the places, but also for Antonio's exquisite courtesy: his apartment, in the center of the village, is spacious, bright, welcoming and large, can easily accommodate a family and allows you to have every comfort at your fingertips. The wonderful sea of Cala Gonone is a stone's throw away and all amenities are within easy reach. The order and cleanliness are impeccable; and then there is Antonio, the ideal host for his complete availability and his deep knowledge of local places and traditions; thanks to him we were also able to deepen our knowledge of local customs. Antonio "Zietto's" is a location to be highly recommended.

I stayed for work at Lucia's apartment. I found it clean, tidy, comfortable, and very functional. The host has provided all the linens and everything you need for your stay. The location is central and the area is very quiet. Definitely recommend for long stays.

An elevated sleeping area is presented with a spacious bed dressed in crisp white linens and a textured gray blanket. Two neatly rolled towels are placed at the foot of the bed, while natural light filters in through large windows nearby.

The apartment is very airy and extremely clean. Location is close to the city center and parking is very easy on the street. The hospitality is excellent with beautiful touches. We had a great time at the apartment which corresponds in every way to the description. In addition, Valeriya is extremely friendly and available. I would highly recommend it.

We felt very comfortable and had a lovely time. The nearest beach is within walking distance and also seems to be a very good option when it is windier. It is protected by a reef, so the sea usually remains quite calm. The balcony has electric blinds that can be lowered to protect against winds, which was great during our stay in September, as it could get very cool with the wind. But that was no problem with the blinds. The contact with the hosts was great and you also got an answer quite quickly.

A modern bathroom features neutral-toned tiles and a vanity with a sink. A large mirror above the sink reflects the space, while a window allows natural light. A toilet and bidet are positioned thoughtfully for convenience.

first of all. I've been to 78 countries and visited hundreds of airbnb's but this airbnb is special. Tina and her apartment are amazing - I have never been to such a clean place, all details are focused on. there is really everything you need. the ceanliness was over all expectations. I've been to many 5 star hotels but they were not so clean as this apartment. we loved it and I can recommend this place 100000% Secondly there are all kitchen utensils you need and everything for a good smelling body and head in the bathroom 😃👍 thank you again

There were two of us in this beautiful apartment. The strategic location of the apartment is great. Shopping, restaurants and the beach are within walking distance (max 5 minutes). Great parking right in front of the apartment. The stairs have no railings, look cool but may be dangerous for toddlers... Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the apartment was kept clean. In October, not all restaurants are open every day, but it doesn't matter. Thank you Giorgio

The place was really adorable. The house is large enough and yet very clear. Extremely charming style and decor. The surroundings are quiet – ideal for those seeking tranquility and relaxation. Accessible by car, it is somewhat remote, so it is a bit to the nearest shopping or sightseeing. We were there in April and because of the rather cool temperatures, we were happy about the heated hot tub. As animal lovers, we liked the many cats and Nala, the host's dog. They were very friendly and helpful. They speak little English, but we communicated with digital aids. It was not entirely clear from the advertisement that there is a second accommodation on the property – so you may share the outdoor area. The sunset behind the stone by the pool is a highlight. We will be happy to come back!

At Piccolo Nido you feel at home, the host Stefano and his wife Silvana perfectly embody the concept of welcome and go beyond the foresight: the apartment is so complete that you will not miss anything either for short or long stays. Perfect, comfortable, bright with well organized and free spaces, everything works and there is much more than what is expected including the delicacy and privacy from the entrance. Therewas a cuddle and not a simple stay. Limitation, hot water, kitchen and mattress are on the top. The area is serene, very close to everything and you can easily move both on foot and by car since there is ample parking. Impeccable check-in procedure.

Loved our stay and Elena was a fantastic host! We appreciated that she let us check-in early after an early flight. Views were lovely looking out at the harbour and flat was very spacious with good air conditioning to escape the Sardinian heat. Overall we had a very happy stay with our family and would highly recommend.

A warm and caring welcome in very good French from Marcello, an eco-museum park nestled in the countryside and retracing the history of Sardinia and the Sardinians, notably thanks to the visit to the park and the museum explained by Gianluca who allowed us to see and better understand the life of a family of former shepherds in a typical farm that has evolved over the centuries. The apartment is very comfortable with a beautiful terrace bordered by a two-hundred-year-old pine tree and access to the educational farm and the vegetable garden which we enjoyed for the evening meals. Finally, the advice given for sightseeing and places to see proved to be surprising and very rewarding! A bubble of happiness!!! A big thank you to you for these few days of discovery and rest with family.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Olbia at Anna-Maria's place and such great value. Apartment was spacious and really well appointed. Everything we needed for the nights we chose to eat in. The location couldn't be more central but was still very peaceful. We chose to hire a car for our excursions, thank you Anna Maria for the tip! Parking was free and relatively easy to find just on the water front about 3mins walk from the apartment. Anna-Maria was an excellent and friendly host. She was very responsive to messages and gave excellent check in instructions. Thank you!

I loved Chiara’s place! Perfect location and easy for taxis to get close to so you don’t have to trek your luggage far yet still right down town, close to all the restaurants and shops. The place was super clean and well appointed with everything you need, nice linens and new towels and a spacious shower. It’s the little thoughtful things that make a great stay and it was nice to have all toiletries available and coffee, laundry detergent, etc. tastefully decorated, felt big for a studio. Great for couples or solo travelers. And street entrance, no stairs. Would def stay again. Thank you!

The house is located just 3 blocks from the main avenue. The bus that brought us from the port left us half a block away and we took the bus to the airport in the same place (half a block from the accommodation), the location is wonderful. I rented a car and was able to park every day without a problem. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is really equipped with everything you need for your stay. From a washing machine to a beach umbrella. It was very comfortable and easy to stay, Gabriela is very friendly, she was in contact with us the whole time in case we needed anything. I will definitely rent here again if I go back to Sardinia!

lucky to have two beautiful warm days in late October. We also managed to swim in the beautiful pool of the accommodation... it would have been a shame not to take advantage of it. Yee!

Great place in Olbia! Lots of room to spread out. Everything was good! Close to downtown, walkable neighborhood, close to park with big playground which was excellent for the kids, grocery store and bakery close by. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice apartment, sea view, at the foot of Cala Liberotto beach, in the pine trees with a wide terrace. James and Antonio welcomed us beautifully. Sea equipment available (Kayak) as well as a garden with BBQ, 2 outdoor showers to rinse off when returning from the beach. Top neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and popular parties.

The communal swimming pool features a soothing blue hue, surrounded by a well-maintained garden and lounging chairs. The spacious area is bordered by lush greenery, providing a sense of privacy, with nearby residences visible in the background.

Great place and great location! The nearby beaches are great and it's perfect for a trip to Tavolara from Porto San Paolo! Unfortunately, the pool was closed when I booked but the accommodation was anyway very good! Very responsive host, I recommend!

Jacqui’s place was amazing! We spent a week there with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time together. It’s beautiful and even way better than in the pictures. This place gives you all the rest and piece of mind that you can wish for. Super clean and very stylish, beautiful with attention to details. We enjoyed it very much. It’s quite special that there is a main house and 2 separate tiny houses with a bath/shower. The surroundings are very nice and there is also a small village close by. It’s just great! Can really recommend Jacqui’s place. 10+ for sure

Luigi was a fantastic host, giving us recommendations for local restaurants and tips. The apartment is in a lovely complex and we loved the small, quiet beach a 5 minute walk away. It was well equipped with everything we needed and I would definitely stay again!

Perfect stay, Lucia was very helpful. We stayed 10 nights and in the middle of the stay we got some fresh towels. Apartment was well equipped with dishwasher, laundry machine, dryer etc. From kitchen stuff only frying pan was missing. The only not positive thing we can say is that the pillows in both bedrooms were big and too tough. Rest was just great!
