Condo vacation rentals in La Caletta

This was our first time in Golfo Di Aranci and we made the best decision staying at this airbnb. The place itself is clean, spacious and the view is absolutely unbeatable. It’s located steps away from a beautiful beach where you can rent chairs (as well as a restaurant with food and drinks) or just hang out on the sand. It’s also a short walk from a market, take away food place and one of the best pizza restaurants I’ve ever had. I highly recommend renting a car (there is a garage parking spot included) to drive to nearby pristine beaches or other areas of Sardinia. The best part by far was the responsiveness and helpfulness from the two fantastic hosts Luigi and Duke. They provided every recommendation you could possibly need for an amazing trip. Thank you for everything and we will be back one day!

Eine rundum perfekte Unterkunft für unseren Familienurlaub auf Sardinien. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, aber Restaurants und ein Supermarkt sind schnell erreichbar. Besonders schön war der große Garten mit einer Schildkröte – unser Sohn war begeistert. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der überdachte Außenbereich war perfekt zum Essen und Entspannen und hat den Wohnraum deutlich erweitert. Graziella, die Vermieterin, war sehr hilfsbereit und hatte tolle Empfehlungen für kinderfreundliche Strände. Ein echtes Plus: Am Abreisetag durften wir bis zum Abend bleiben – mit Kind eine große Erleichterung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine ruhige und familienfreundliche Ferienwohnung suchen.

Wir hatten sehr entspannte 4 Tage im Haus von Giovanna Maria. Die Unterkunft bietet viel Privatsphäre, ist ruhig und großzügig. Sie ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche könnte ein paar mehr Teller und Besteck vertragen, aber sonst ist alles da, was man braucht. Ein Auto braucht man hier auf jeden Fall.

Nous avons passé une super semaine chez Giuseppe. Sa femme était très disponible et gentille. Un quartier très calme pas loin de la plage, petit supermarché, restaurant sympas et de la grande route pour découvrir autour. Olbia à moins de 30 mins. Budoni à 5 mins. Une piscine au top, propre, belle, équipée chaise etc….. Merci beaucoup

Logement très bien situé, à 3 minutes de la mer à pied. La côte est très jolie et les plages sans trop d'affluence par rapport à d'autres. Merci à Melania pour son accueil.

L’appartamento è davvero bello e in una posizione stupenda che domina la piazza centrale di San Teodoro. Il figlio Lapo ci ha dato tante informazioni ed è sempre stato disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie

We hebben genoten van dit mooie huis met fantastisch uitzicht en groot terras. De afstand lopend(20minuten) naar het dorp was 1x per dag wel genoeg ivm de ligging op de helling. Pizzeria aan de ingang dorp is wel dichtbij en met mooi terras. De omgeving van Cala Gonone is met allerlei activiteiten een mooi startpunt. Vooral boottocht naar de grot en Cala Luna is een aanrader.

Francesca was a wonderful host, facilitating a great visit for our family group of nine. On several occasions, Francesca helped us to identify activities and providers that created wonderful experiences for us, including an epic day-long boat ride to Cala Goloritze. We had 3 separate units, one for my wife and I, and one for each of our two children (and their spouses and our 3 young grandkids). Each family having their own space was ideal. The unit is well furnished, and includes kitchen necessities and items for enjoying the local beaches. There are terrific outdoor spaces for family time together., and one can see down the hill to the town and sea (the unit is at the edge of town, but quiet as a result). The value provided by Francesca's unit(s) was outstanding. Our adult children rated that stay as their favorite of our trip. Full disclosure notes are that there isn't great sound isolation between units, and it's slightly tricky to find the first time (but Francesca met us).

Giampaulo and Christina are very kind and accommodating and we felt like we were at home albeit on holidays. Their little touches in their apartment were appreciated. Loved our stay and it was very sad to leave this convenient, well located apartment.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Die Ausstattung war super. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir fanden es sehr schön, dass zahlreiche Spiele für die Kinder vorhanden waren. So kam auch an Regentagen keine Langeweile auf.

Ottima esperienza presso l’appartamento di Lucrezia, l’alloggio è accogliente e curato nei minimi particolari che lo rendono originale e personale. Il valore aggiunto è la bellissima terrazza dalla quale si gode di un ottimo panorama (mare/montagna). Da tenere presente la tranquillità del posto. Lucrezia è una host puntuale è disponibile. Sicuramente lo consigliamo.

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El lugar estaba MUY limpio, bien equipado y en una buena ubicación con fácil aparcamiento. Simona fue muy amable y servicial. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el agua caliente debido a una lluvia torrencial y al día siguiente quedó solucionado. Recomendamos esta propiedad y sin duda volvería.

Federica je úžasná , přátelská, ochotná vždy pomoci. Nádherne prostředí plně kvetin, velmi příjemny, vkusně zařízeny apartmán s božskou teresou s pohodlnou posteli. Citila jsem se jako doma. Velice krásný a přátelský přístup i k mému čtyřnohému společníkovi. 🙂 Mile bylo po příjezdu na mne čekala láhev vychlazené vody v lednici. obchod pár kroků. Federica mi doporučila i kde koupit vybornou zmrzlinu. Toto ubytování vřele doporucuji. Doufám,že se do této oázy klidu s milými lidmi zase vrátím. Srdecne zdravím🌸

We spent 5 days at this place. the host is very responsive, and friendly! the view is stunning and the place is in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. can highly recommend!

Wir haben super Ferien mit der Familie (2 Kinder) und Freunden (in unterer Wohnung) verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und Anna sehr unkompliert und zuvorkommend! Weil keine Nachmieter kamen, durften wir sogar Zeit lassen mit dem Auschecken, was uns sehr geholfen hat!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft und der Ausblick unvergesslich. Terrasse ist fast größer als die Wohnung selbst. Die Wohnung war sauber und man hat alles was man braucht, allerdings sollte mal wieder renoviert werden und ein paar Teile ausgewechselt werden.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft super wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Es fehlte an nichts. Fabio antwortet schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Vorgarten und Garten sind eingezäunt. Der Strand in der Nähe der Unterkunft ist superschön, ruhig und auch geeignet für Kleinkinder. Unser Sohn hat es geliebt, mit dem kostenlosen Shuttle dort hinunter zu fahren - ein echtes Highlight für Kinder. Im Restaurant der Anlage können Croissants, Kaffee und Getränke morgens gekauft werden. Es gibt auch ein paar herzhafte Snacks. Pizza, Pasta etc. sind dann mittags und abends ab 18 Uhr verfügbar. Das Restaurant hat einen Tag nach unserer Ankunft allerdings komplett geschlossen. Dann ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen, was wir aber wussten und okay für uns war. In Murta Maria gibt es aber weitere Restaurants (mit dem Auto in 6 Minuten erreichbar) und auch einen Supermarkt etc. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, grundsätzlich aber auch ein nettes Angebot - für Kleinkinder eher ungeeignet.

Esperienza positiva con Rosa, l’appartamento è in posizione centrale comodo a tutto. Meriterebbe una ammodernata ma è comunque confortevole e funzionale. L’host Rosa è sempre stata disponibile e la comunicazione è stata ottima.

Siamo stati benissimo!!! Tutto è andato oltre alle nostre aspettative che erano cmq molto alte. L'Appartamento è comodissimo e molto bello (tengo a sottolineare che dal vivo è molto piu bello di quello che si vede nelle foto..) super pulito in un residence davvero fantastico con una piscina con acqua salata, una vera chicca. Vorrei inoltre complimentarmi con la persona che è stata, sin dal primo giorno, il nostro referente, il sig. Marco Gallo. Una persona squisitissima, di una gentilezza rara e professionalmente impeccabile. Sempre disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta e a dare preziosissimi consigli ed indicazioni di qualsiasi genere. La mia valutazione generale quindi è eccellente!

We stayed at Gloria’s place for 1 week with our two kids - 10 & 6. We absolutely loved it. It’s quiet but still close to the town and the beaches. The house is beautiful- it was a dream to come back to after a big day out exploring but we also spent alot of days just chilling on the roof, reading, lazing and swimming in the pool. The views are insane- so incredible! As far as hosts go, Gloria is the best! She was so kind- we needed to take my daughter to see a doctor due to an ear infection and within 10 minutes of requesting recommendations Gloria had booked us into her kids doctor and even helped us find it in town. That is one of many examples of what a thoughtful and caring host she is. The views, the home, the pool, the host and their lovely dog Leia - made this an incredible place to stay!! Highly recommend- we were so sad to leave & hope to come back again!

Abbiamo prenotato all’ultimo questo alloggio a causa di un cambio programma. Antonio è stato da subito disponibile rispondendo velocemente alle nostre domande. Prima dell’arrivo ci ha inviato informazioni dettagliate per l’ingresso anticipando il check in e posticipando il check out senza nessun problema! La casa era pulita ed esattamente come descritta, perfetta per 2 adulti e 2 bambini. Zona giorno un po’ buia ma è possibile utilizzare il portico esterno per mangiare restando comunque riparati e nella privacy. La piscina ad utilizzo comune è molto bella, pulita. La zona è tranquilla, ha vicino un piccolo market (10 min circa a piedi), gelateria e pizzeria/rosticceria. In macchina a pochi minuti si raggiungono spiagge bellissime!!

Perfect stay, Lucia was very helpful. We stayed 10 nights and in the middle of the stay we got some fresh towels. Apartment was well equipped with dishwasher, laundry machine, dryer etc. From kitchen stuff only frying pan was missing. The only not positive thing we can say is that the pillows in both bedrooms were big and too tough. Rest was just great!

Recomiendo el alojamiento ,sin dudas volveria!!! contaba con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones inolvidables !! muy bien ubicado, en zona tranquila,cerca hay supermercado,restaurant y negocios para comprar comida . La ubicacion genial, cerca de una playa de arena hermosa y equidistante para conocer las hermosas playas de cerdeña su anfrition super amable y dio todas las indicaciones para un facil ingreso y nos permitieron hacer check inn mas temprano 🧡 Gracias la pasamos genial
