Waterfront vacation rentals in La Cadière-d'Azur

The villa was lovely and very comfortable for our group of six. It was an easy walk from the villa to the harbor. Our host greeted us when we arrived and made sure we were comfortable. He responded quickly to our questions. We were fortunate to find such a wonderful place to spend a few days in Cassis.

excellent séjour. l'appartement est fidèle à la description, très bien situé avec une vue magnifique ! nous avons profité d'excellents restaurants. une très belle balade à faire sur le sentier côtier de la presqu’île de St Mandrier. nous reviendrons volontiers pour un plus long séjour.

Fantastic stay. Location is superb for boats to the calanques, beach, port and restaurants. The parking space is a real plus. There were lots of very thoughtful touches to accommodate our kids and the property was immaculate. Would highly recommend.

Der Aufenhalt in der Wohnung empfanden wir als sehr angenehm. Die grosse Terrasse mit Liegebetten Tisch, Stühle und Grill liegt direkt an einer sehr belebten Strasse wo es immer etwas zum beobachten gibt. Die Aussicht ist von hier über die Küste nicht zu toppen. Wir haben den Tisch in die Ecke gestellt um Morgens im Schatten frühstücken zu können. Der Wintergarten bietet die gleiche tolle Aussicht wenn es kalt, regnet oder windig ist. Küche und Badezimmer sind sehr klein aber zweckmässig und modern eingerichtet. Der Strand gerade unten an der Wohnung ist Top. Geht man nach links folgt Pizza, Burger- und Strandbars dicht aneinander. Nach rechts kommt man nach 25 minuten Fussmarsch direkt in die Altstadt von La Ciotat. Gesicherte aber sehr engen Parkplatz kann man vorreservieren. Eliza und Xavier haben ein Begrüssungsportal mit Empfehlungen für die Umgebung und haben sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung

magnifique logement avec une immense terrasse pour profiter de sa belle vue jusqu'au coucher du soleil !!très bien situé avec les commerces et très bon restaurants à proximité Charlotte reste toujours disponible je le recommande vivement merci Charlotte

Une pépite. Nous sommes déjà venu plusieurs fois et nous y reviendrons sans hésiter. Appartement tres agréable, bien équipé, avec une vue magnifique sur le vieux port. Proche des différents transports.

Tout juste rentré de mon séjour et déjà envie d’y retourner !!! Le logement est superbe conforme aux photos très bien situé proche des plages commerces restaurants et d’une ligne de bus qui amène rapidement au métro. Et évidemment le gros point fort c’est la terrasse immense qui est très agréable et très bien aménagé. Florent est amical réactif et arrangeant. J’ai passé un super week-end :)

Very pleased with the house, excellent swimming pool, peaceful location and any issues answered quickly. Some additional information about using appliances and where to put rubbish in house information folder would have been useful. Overall a great property that we would recommend

What a special place! The house is fully equipped, particularly the kitchen and the living room have all amenities you could imagine. The view is incredible, the outdoor space is gorgeous, the plants are very well kept and the terrace is very spacious. Very clean indoors and outdoors! We enjoyed the projector with the Dolby surround system on the rainy days. There were not many options to eat out or buy groceries/bread within walking distance, so some driving is needed. Marc was also very helpful and fast to respond when we had some issues with the home automation. Overall a wonderful place we hope to come back to again.

Le propriétaire n'était pas présent lors du séjour mais son absence a été excellemment compensée par ses voisins qui ont été charmants et parfaitement assuré arrivée et départ. Très fidèle à la description, la location est aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et est très fonctionnelle. La terrasse privative donne un accès extérieur intimiste très apprécié. Bien que situé près de l'approche d'une des pistes de l'aéroport assez proche, le bruit (en journée seulement) est plus un désagrément qu'une nuisance. Bons équipements, literie confortable, climatisations efficaces et discrètes. En résumé, un excellent séjour qui en appellera d'autres, dans ce lieu effectivement atypique mais très agréable situé tout proche des Salins et Aiguade, offrant commerces et restaurants mais aussi de jolies plages et des sentiers de promenades.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce logement. Le cadre est idyllique et le logement très propre. Rien à dire à part superbe. La déco est faite avec goût et le logement est très bien situé !

nous sommes 5 anciens collègues qui avons fêté nos 20 ans de formation directeur d agence au sein de la location d Amandine le logement est très biens décoré avec beaucoup de goût et le soucis du détail. la jardin est toujours simplement splendide🥰🥰🥰 Amandine nous a reçu avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous a laissé arrive un peu plus tôt et repartir plus tard afin que nous puissions profiter au maximum de notre séjour. Pour ma part, j ai dormi dans la tente, elle était décoré avec goût, très pratique avec un matelas très confortable. J ai dormi a la perfection. En plus de tout cela, le logement est à quelque mètre de la mer et d une belle promenade sur le côte. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et notre hôte Amandine, un grand merci, on ne pouvait pas rêver mieux pour nous retrouver mes amis et moi. bises Olivier Messina

We had a great stay here! Clean and really well kitted out kitchen. The view and pool are great! A ~50 min journey from Marseille but great once you get there. Overall a really lovely stay. A special thank you to the lovely house keeper Pierrette who gave two of us a lift!

Emplacement de rêve sur la Presqu’île de Cassis - avec le Parc des Calanques à quelques minutes à pieds Vue magnifique sur le Cap Canaille, beaux espaces intérieurs et extérieurs très joliment décorés Merci encore à Laetitia qui a été une hôte très à l écoute !!

Logement un peu petit (surtout les toilettes) et chambre à l'étage difficile d'accès mais il est bien équipé et idéal car proche de toutes commodités. le parking est dans une résidence fermée.

Perfect! Beautiful location right next to the sea. Loved sitting on the terrace watching the world go by. Shops, restaurants and a gorgeous bakery within a short walk. Easy bus service in to the lovely old town with a stop right outside. Highly recommend!

The views from the rooftop are stunning. It's a lovely place to sit and take in the city panorama with views in every direction. We loved sitting up there and watching the sunset. The apartment itself is comfortable and well equipped if you do want to spend time indoors. There neighborhood is nice and relaxed with some lovely cafes just around the corner, plus it's only a short walk to the nearby beach or harbour.

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern (11 und 8) in der Wohnung von Marie-Hélène und Patrice. Sie liegt jetzt im Erdgeschoss zu einer Seitenstraße hin. Der Innenhof war sehr nett und privat. Durch das Tor hat man sich sicher gefühlt und der eigene Parkplatz war toll. Der Strand war 20 Meter entfernt. Im August natürlich sehr voll, aber das Meer war wunderschön und sauber. Durch die kurze Entfernung zur Wohnung war es auch kein Problem, wenn es keinen Platz zum Liegen am Strand gab. Auf den Felsen kann man aber immer sitzen. Wir konnten ein mobiles Klimagerät nutzen, was uns sehr geholfen hat, damit wir nachts gut schlafen konnte. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und wir haben häufig gekocht. Auch die Altstadt von la Ciotat ist sehr hübsch, mit vielen Restaurants und verschiedenen Märkten. Es fährt ein Bus ganz in der Nähe des Hauses, aber es gibt auch einen sehr großen Parkplatz, so dass man schnell mit dem Auto fahren kann. Zu Fuß läuft man ca. 30 Minuten. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!

Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt in Sanary-sur-Mer. Perfekt für Familien geeignet. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen: Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der wunderbare Markt, der Hafen etc. Die Gastgeberin und ihr Mann haben uns gut geholfen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alle wichtigen Utensilien für die Küche waren vorhanden, ebenso eine Waschmaschine. Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anne’s property. The accessibility to town and the beaches was fantastic and the view from the balcony, magical. We enjoyed the ability to have some drinks and enjoy meals with such a spectacular view that you do not get from the heart of town. Anne was a great host and we very much appreciated her accommodating an early check in, we had a vehicle and arrived on a very busy Friday for the city that resulted in little to no parking anywhere nearby, if not for Anne helping us gain access to the private parking for the property, we would have likely been driving around for hours. Would definitely stay again next time in Cassis!
