A place to relax listening the waves, right beside the ocean and river, surrounded by nature. 270 degrees Nature views from sunrise to sunset. Just amazing! Steps away from beach & ocean but 15 meters safe over sea level on a rock hill. The birds fly close to our balconies and the view changes every second. You can swim in the river or the ocean. We have a water fall to enjoy the visit of birds, a BBQ to cook looking at the sea, a Pizza oven to enjoy your evenings, table games, pool, etc, etc.

The place is great. The family that lives in the property is very quiet and you don't notice their presence. They are always attentive to any questions and help if needed (shoutout to Rosa and Mario). The place is clean and quite safe. The parking is somewhat limited: there is only space for one vehicle.

Accommodations were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach. The housekeepers (Carlos and Juana) are always available if you need anything. We ran out of water, and Carlos went to the store and got us more in only a few minutes. Juana is a very good cook as well, and Carlos will pick up the ingredients if you want a particular dish. Ronaldo is always available and responds quickly. Ronaldo put us in contact with a driver who picked us up from the airport etc. I would not drive unless you’re a real adventure seeker. Use a driver for sure. Roberto was an excellent driver, and I always felt safe, but be prepared to speak Spanish here or use Google translate. The view of the beach is a million dollars. Simply incredible. The house and surroundings are super chill. We always felt safe too. I walked to town on several occasions, and I never felt threatened or uneasy. I even had people ask me if I needed help. Nicas are a very kind people. Overall, don’t hesitate to book here.

Me encantó Casa Perla, buena ubicación y comodidad, Alvaro y Yuseli estuvieron pendientes en todo momento, las camas estaban cómodas (muy importante para un buen descanso), no tengo queja alguna... Tomé la decisión de quedarme en esta casa xq era un lugar céntrico entre Managua, Masaya y Granada, y a 2 horas de León, definitivamente me volvería a quedar en Casa Perla ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
