Best building in The Old City

This was a great place and location. In the heart and walkable distance to everything inside the walled city. Grocery store one block away, Mall with food court one block away. Cande Restaraunt within the same block. So much to do near by. Roof top pools are great and very clean. Front door staff very helpful and prompt. They have cameras outside and see you coming which is great because sometimes the locals can really be much when trying to sell you things. The building is extremely safe. Cameras everywhere. Motion lights in the walkways. The unit came fully equiped with everything. I highly recommend this unit. Sleeps 3 comfortably.

A modern kitchen is equipped with sleek cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Counter space is maximized with a dark countertop featuring a sink. A small dining area is indicated by two wooden stools. Essential kitchen utensils and decorative items are neatly arranged.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, accurately depicted in the listing. Enjoyed the swimming pools, beach and surrounding area of La Boquilla. Prudencio was kind and always responsive to messages. My only critique is that 3 out of 4 beds are quite small and a little firm (although the beds are clearly shown in the photos, to be fair). We also had a small issue with the presence of pests in the kitchen and bathrooms. Overall I give 5 stars in consideration of the price/value ratio and the lovely amenities. Recommend and would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you 😊 🙏🏻

We will forever refer to this place as our Airbnb Jackpot! It was perfect! The amenities were fantastic and what was available on the patio was next-level…hot/cold tub, hammocks, great seating, a bar/cooking area and spectacular views. We enjoyed that space for hours on end. The entire complex was lovely. The pool was beautiful. Owners thought of everything. This will go down as one of our favorite Airbnb stays ever.

Our stay at the Old City Villa was absolutely great. We had a smooth check in and they accommodated us being early We hired the maid service which was very useful. Maryem the property manager was super helpful as she would bring the groceries we requested and our breakfasts would be ready based on our plans. She also helped order food when we wanted to stay in. The location was perfect as everything was a walkable distance to all the nice restaurants/bars. Ricardo from the concierge service team was incredibly helpful and professional during our stay. He organized our airport transportations and our day trips to Rosario Island and Palenque and gave great local recommendations for restaurants and things to do. He was patient, easy to reach and payment was seamless. I would totally recommend him to anyone staying in the area!

The apartment is very nice, the amenities make the stay very pleasant and everything is close by with Uber. Unfortunately, they only left us one roll of paper in each bathroom for two days. The sheets were impeccable. They were always very kind

Great location Very nice apartment Air conditioning works well Safe Beautiful pool As the window of the room overlooked the street we were sometimes woken up during the night. It may be the only disadvantage of being located in the walled city! With traffic jams everything was perfect! We'd even go back!

Everything about this Airbnb and our experience there was great. Our family and friends throughly enjoyed our stay in Cartagena. The apartment was clean. Hercilia was accommodating in every way. She made great recommendations for restaurants and excursions. Dunia, who helped out with cooking and cleaning at the apartment, is incredibly sweet and kind, and made our stay extra relaxing and stress-free. Luis, another recommendation, helped with airport pick up and drop off and took us on a boat excursion to the islands and we had a great time with his boat crew. This apartment was great for our group size of 8 and was great for families. Highly recommend.

Rocco is a fantastic host! We stayed in the unit for one month and the kitchen facilities were excellent, the bed was comfortable and the laundry facilities convenient. We loved the pool and the hot tub. The building is close to restaurants and groceries. All in all: fantastic!

An excellent place! Extremely caring and gentle people, from the first contact with Andrés to the security of the beach concierge. Everything is extremely beautiful and say, more beautiful than in the pictures! The place is large, the bed is wonderful along with the lighting that leaves the place with a feeling of warmth. Access to the beach, there is a shopping center nearby with Western Union, supermarket and restaurants. A distance of 20/30min from the center depending on the traffic. Perfect for those who want a quiet atmosphere! I would definitely stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is truly my home away from home. I absolutely love this place and the amazing people who manage it. We really enjoyed our stay at Cesar's appartment. The photos and description matched the actual place and met our expectations. It had everything we needed, with a spectacular view of the bay. Security in the building is good so we felt safe. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, groceries, a commercial center at walking distance, and a 15 minutes car ride from the Centro. And it's far enough from the bustling streets that it's quiet at night. Communication with Cesar and Jessica was easy and pleasant. They were proactive in making sure our checkin experience was smooth. They gave us great reccomendations for restaurants too :) Next time I come to Cartagena will definitely try to book their appartment again. A++

Mary was an amazing host. Very friendly and helpful. Her place is beautiful, big, clean and comfortable. I stayed with a group of 5 and we all had our own rooms with plenty bathrooms. I highly recommend this place and this host. Thank you Mary! One of the best!

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view. Just a short ride (or 20 minutes walk) to the historic city centre. Some bars and restaurants around the corner. The apartment building is next to a busy street, so some noise - but nothing to worry about as the apartment is in the upper floors. Great place to stay!

I loved this place! We are a family of 6 and we all fit fine. The hosts were very responsive whenever we had a question. It is very quiet and peaceful. They have an amazing pool and jacuzzi and beach access very secure by security and private parking. The property smells amazing and all the staff is welcoming. We loved it . The only thing was that I don’t think the dryer works, the washing machine did work but we dried the clothes outside

Excellent apartment, it was very clean and equipped with everything you need for an excellent stay, the only thing to improve is that the checkout in general tends to be at 11 am and additional if you have a flight very late to return to your origin, you can not use the facilities at least to be in the pool but more due to the policies of the condominium, so the handle is removed at once. Otherwise the apartment was excellent.

This is a great location. It's very clean, peaceful, and modern with a fantastic view just as shown in the picture. It's strategically located close to shopping areas, beach, and great restaurants. It's 5 to 15 minutes from the buzzing 'old city" depending on the time of day. Transportation is easily accessible. Omaira the host is very communicative and responds to you almost immediately. Got the opportunity to meet this friendly and helpful host. Our experience was just awesome

I highly recommend this airbnb for some many reasons. This listing is absolutely STUNNING! it's quiet, SAFE , clean and has this incredible aroma that's warm and welcoming and spread throughout the entire apartment. The bed and sofas were extremely comfortable, the bath towels and pool towels were extra soft and just felt great against our skin. We're sticklers regarding clean kitchens and bathrooms and both were immaculate. The two large screen tv's came in clutch, as well as the 1.5 bathrooms. This place is a modern luxury dream. We were really impressed with our host, Andre made sure there were k-cups coffee, coffee mate coffee creamer as well as beer and water for our stay. We loved this stay and we will 100% book again!
