We offer a comfortable, independent, single-story cottage of nearly 90 m², with a hot tub and magnificent views of the Champsaur Valley. The gîte includes 2 bedrooms of 15 m² (161 sq. ft.), a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's games, and parking spaces.

Il est entièrement équipé et bénéficie d’une chambre en mezzanine qui comprend un lit king size en 180 cm (2x90) ainsi qu’un lit simple en 90 cm. La grande pièce à vivre inclut un convertible en 140 cm. Le logement dispose d’une télévision (TNT + câble HDMI) ainsi qu’une Clim réversible. Parking devant le gîte.

Very quiet neighborhood despite the proximity of the church, the bell tower only rings at 12: 00 and 19: 00. In the village there is a football stadium, a bowling alley and children's games. Departure from many bike or walking tours. You are 5 minutes by car from a large area on Gap. Rambaud is located near the Lac de Serre-Ponçon.

Privileged place very quiet without traffic with direct access to the hiking trails.
