This sunny rental is an independent part of our house situated in Mirabeau, a small picturesque village of the Luberon National park. The house is surrounded by trees and green hills; there is a little water stream passing through the land. Big heated pool with toys, shaded terrace with no vis-a-vis. You'll be 20min drive away from other pretty villages of Luberon (Lourmarin, Ansouis..), 5 min from vineyards and wine tasting, 40 min from Gorges du Verdon and 25 min away from Aix en Provence.

Cuisine ouverte sur la pièce principale, salle d’eau avec WC. Le studio est équipé d’un canapé convertible 2 places, téléviseur, table basse, cuisine équipée (plaque induction 2 feux, micro-onde, frigo top congélateur), plan de travail avec chaises de bar. You have a separate entrance with gate and a car park up to 4, private garden with a spa and your own heated pool. You have also access on the property to many amenities to enjoy your stay

Grand appartement ensoleillé et calme

L'appartement comprend tout le 1er étage de la maison, 118 m2, avec salon, 3 chambres, grande cuisine, sdb et wc. L'accès est indépendant, votre voiture stationnée directement au pied de l'escalier. Le grand balcon se situe devant le salon. Il n'y a pas d'ascenceur. Vous avez libre accès à la piscine. Le salon et la chambre au sud-ouest qui comprend un petit bureau, sont climatisés. L'accès Internet est par wifi. J'habite moi-même le rdc, il n'y a pas d'autres résidents.

Vous pourrez faire une pause et vous détendre sur la terrasse, et profitez de la piscine accessible directement par le salon. Nous sommes également situé aux abords de la forêt, idéal pour vos balades.
