There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

Cozy Chalet in Chiclana, within a 500M2 plot, beautiful landscaped exteriors, private pool (not fenced) with interior bench, sun loungers, barbecue, porch with furniture, outdoor dining room, entrance for vehicle... Quiet area, with good connections to visit different areas of the province of Cádiz ( capital, beaches etc...) 2 minutes by car from Comercios, Supermercados, Cinemas, Restaurants, Pharmacy... This place doesn't accept groups of young people under 27.
