Vacation rentals with beach access in La Barceloneta, Ciutat Vella

Marta was a lovely host, the flat is absolutely stunning in a central location. Marta works directly opposite the flat allowing for an easy check in. She was very attentive when we arrived and provided extra amenities making our stay more comfortable than expected. Lots of recommendations and a helpful manual was included and such a beautiful flat/area to stay in for our friends birthday! Thank you Marta 😊

It is a super accommodation that is very modern and well maintained. I was there with my wife and 2-year-old daughter. We were all thrilled, especially the little one who could play right on the beach where there is also a small playground. I can only recommend it!

We enjoyed our week in this beautiful flat situated in the charming Pobleneu neighborhood. It was convenient to the beach, universities, and the metro. There are many wonderful restaurants near by and grocery stores. The amenities were perfect, including a well appointed kitchen, two bathrooms with nice showers (hot water and good water pressure! :) the best part though was the balcony and good light coming in through the windows at the front and back of the flat. Highly recommend!

The apartment I stayed in wasn’t the exact one from the photos, but it was very similar. The location is great. When I first arrived, the street felt a bit quiet and isolated, which made me slightly uneasy as I was traveling alone, but I didn’t experience any problems, day or night. The apartment was clean and quite comfortable. There’s no elevator and the stairs are narrow, so it could be a bit tricky with a large suitcase. But I had read the reviews before booking, so I knew what to expect and was overall very satisfied. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Getting to the airport by taxi was also convenient.

Hands down, the best hosts we have experienced. From the moment we booked, Susana and Alvero were kind and classy. The apartment was in a great location for us just outside Barcelona. Our family of five felt right at home and would certainly stay again if our travels bring us back to Mongat! Look no further, you found the right place!

This Air bnb is incredible! The hosts were super friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to give recommendations and keep up great communication. The apartment was super clean and is in perfect area between barceloneta beach, marina, el born, and gotic. Would highly recommend!

Juliana was a great host and the house matched the description very well. It was perfect for 8 friends of 40 years celebrating a 60th birthday and was a great location for local beach bars and restaurants (short walk), Barcelona (bus or train) and Sitges (train). The facilities were great. It took a while to understand the instructions for the oven to heat pizzas up and perhaps a toaster would've been useful but neither of these things affected our high opinion of the house overall. An extremely clean and tidy inside and outside area. I would definitely recommend.

Silvia is such a lovely person, the communication was perfect before, during, and after our stay. She has prepared our arrival with great care, and has been as flexible as she could to meet our agenda (thank you again for the special gift for my father's birthday!!). The house is well located, only a few meters from the train station linked with Barcelona (30 min trip from this station to Barcelona, only costing a few €). The beach is right behind, it was very much enjoyable during those hot days. The house is nicely equipped with everything you need for a short or a long stay. There are many parking options nearby for the vehicles as well. Some nice restaurants and bars are accessible in the town. In summary, we had a wonderful time in Vilassar thanks to Silvia and her nice house.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a great time. The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and cozy village, where you can find various shops and also a market. At a short distance are several cities such as Mataró and Barcelona that we have visited. Upon arrival there was a large fruit bowl ready for us and also the (cool) cupboard was filled! The cottage is exactly big enough for 2 people. We made a lot of use of the shared outdoor space with swimming pool, these were not used by Toni and Olga during our stay. Around the evening there are mosquitoes, so they have brought a lot of things for that in the house, such as candles. It is wise to bring your own anti-mosquito spray if you want to sit outside in the evening. Toni and Olga are very welcoming, they responded quickly to questions or requests.

Beautiful home in a great location, perfectly situated between Barcelona and Girona. House complete with all amenities needed with a lovely seating area outside. Wonderful host waiting for us on arrival to show us the house and offer local knowledge and advice. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

For a relaxing trip with friends, this is an amazing place. You can spend the day relaxing on the beach and come back to enjoy in a bbq. The public transport is nearby and there are many shops around the house. Silvia was very welcoming and helpful, with quick responses and great energy. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that wants to relax and visit Barcelona throughout the day. Will definitely come back again.

Very nice accommodation, located in the basement of the owner's accommodation, it is very quiet and ideally located. 1 minute from a children's park (2 to 12 years old), 5 minutes from the supermarket and 8 minutes from the train on foot. The R1 train line takes 25 minutes to get to "Catalunya" station, the central square of Barcelona. The owner Nancy is very responsive by message and is friendly. The check-in instructions are clear. There are also all the points of interest in the PDF provided. 3 90 cm beds for the little ones and a kiiiiiinnnnng-size bed for the parents. Everything was perfect. Thanks.

Loved staying here so much! Super convenient to metro and lots of yummy food spots and markets in the immediate neighborhood. And so close to the beach on top of all that! 🏖️

We loved the apartment! Very clean, nice furnishings. It is in a really great neighborhood full of restaurants and stores all easily with in a 10-15 minute walks. Many were only 5 minutes away. The view from the balcony was awesome! We could not have picked a better location and would absolutely stay there again. The property manager and his assistant were excellent. They provided great local recommendations and quickly responded to every message. This is the best Airbnb's we have ever stayed in.

A home with easy access to the train and essential shopping. Good facilities in the house. Very clean. And thank you for the quick response to our needs.

Alex was a fantastic host, and was always available to contact with any questions we had during our stay, which was incredibly helpful! The property is lovely and clean, with a great view of the ocean via the balcony. I loved the local town which has some great dinner spots, and also the beach is amazing with lots of activities and bars. Overall a great experience for me and my friends, thanks Alex!

Very good experience, Mariona was very nice and welcoming host, we were later than expected, and she was touched and apologetic in order to wait for us to stay in for our missed and family's weekend dinner.It's a good value house in Barcelona, close to the beach and peaceful.Downtown is easily accessible by bus and subway.If there is a chance I would like to visit Marinoa

Ample, well-organized, attractive apartment. Very safe and quiet. Excellent kitchen. String, fast wi-fi. Unbeatable location. Great communication and responsiveness.

Alex and Olga were always very responsive and extremely accommodating. We arrived just before the supermarket nearby was about to close, and Alex showed us a shortcut and ran with us to make sure we had our groceries :) The place has absolutely everything you might need. The area is very calm and safe, and the beach is just a stone-throw away. Thank you Alex and Olga for your hospitality!
