We were very surprised by the quality of the apartments, they are like new! They also have everything you need: iron, coffee maker, refrigerator, living room, televisions. Upon our arrival everything was very clean and tidy. We booked for 10 people and were able to use 2 apartments. Although there is only one bathroom in each apartment, so you have to coordinate well with all the guests for bathing and so on. It is steps away from downtown La Barca, which is good because you can go for a walk and bad because the church is next door and they start ringing the bells very early in the morning. It's the only thing that bothered me a little, but other than that everything was perfect!! Very attentive and responsive.

The staff at the front went above and beyond for us. We were traveling with a handicapp person and once in our room we realized we couldn't fit the wheel chair inside the bathroom. They showed us several rooms to help accommodate us and applied what we had already paid to the difference of the upgrade.
