Highly recommended if you are looking for a stay of several days and want to feel at home. It is larger than it appears in photos, is fully equipped with everything you need for a family vacation, and is located in one of the best areas in the city, both for the views from the apartment and the security. We will return if we have another opportunity in this beautiful city.

I highly recommend it, as well as a very nice view thanks to the balcony. It has all the amenities you can imagine and everything is very pleasant. Besides, the host is always attentive to any help you might need. Which hardly happens since the apartment has it all. It is very comfortable to work with and has fast internet. A very pleasant and spectacular stay. It has everything close by.

My stay at this apartment was simply excellent. From the moment I arrived, check-in was without any complications, as was entering the social area. The apartment's atmosphere and space was well maintained with all the amenities you might need for a quiet and very private stay. I love this apartment, it’s probably my 5th time coming here. I always come back because it feels like home. it’s comfortable, host is always attentive and always responds very quick. Very central to all of Guayaquil. 5 mins from the airport, 2 mins from the mall and many restaurants. Her apartment is always clean, security makes you feel very safe. I will definitely come back like always.

Juan's place is great, it's perfect. The location is great, with restaurants and convenience stores downstairs🍴, I can buy breakfast and daily necessities downstairs. Safe neighborhood and very friendly and responsible security guards downstairs. Juan's house is clean and tidy, there is a girl named Diana who comes to clean twice a week, it's really great, it saves me a lot of time. The terrace is huge, the sunset at night🌄 is beautiful, there is a public free swimming pool🏊‍♂️ and gym downstairs🏋️, I love this house so much, it's a pleasure to stay here! Juan is a very warm and sincere host who responds to messages very quickly and proactively solves problems. I have been renewing Juan's house for a few months in Guayaquil. I'll rent this house again when I come to Guayaquil in the future.❤️
