Perfect place for holidays

Great hosts, gave us good tips and recommended places to visit in the area. The kids really enjoyed the playground!

We were quite late in the evening arriving and was warmly welcomed. Watermelon, peaches, wine, bottled water, treats and more awaited us. The place was so homey, we felt right at home. There is not one thing I can say negative about this property. The outside area is simply gorgeous and the pool was taken care of daily. Response to issues, my own fault, was immediate and so appreciated as first I locked myself out and then I didn’t know how to use the oven. :) It was taken care of in literally minutes. The bed was so comfortable as was the couch in the living room. A delicious bottle of wine from their lemon tree in the yard was given to us on departure, as well as an offer to check out later if needed. Do not hesitate to stay here, it truly is all it claims to be. We hope to be back some day.

Everything about our stay at Michael's place was nice! The place itself is lovely and matched the description. As a family of 4, we had a comfortable stay and each member could enjoy different parts of the house without being "in the way". High ceilings, spacious rooms, fully equiped and with a "feel at home" vibe at first glance. Extra bonus was Michael himself, who undoubtedly was a great host! Friendly, accessible, gave us insight and great recommendations, was flexible with check in and with clear instructions. He also hosted a farewell party which will be fondly remembered by us as a highlight, with good food and great company! Michael we hope to come back one day! Thank you !

The house was thebest there is in Potamos and thebest thing we have stayed in general. Impeccable communication and full of amenities. We were 5 people and we were all completely satisfied. Sunday and her parents were very discreet and at the same time very helpful so it needed anything. The location is perfect, 3 minutes from the center of Potamos but without being noisy. Totally value for money! When we meet again in Kythira, we will definitely come back to River's House!!!

Pleasure to stay in Chora for 4 nights. Georgios was an amazing host and offered us great recommendations for all over the island!

Room is just like the photos. It's in a better location than we thought when we closed it. It has a canyon in front, a path with a small beach, it is next to Kapsali and very close to the city of Kythira. Good choice to stay in this area, it serves a lot to see the best parts of the island. Good communication, clean apartment, small,with yard and parking.

Absolutely great place to stay. Exactly thought out, clean, scented. The "Hobbit" floor and more than our kids loved it. Maximum storage, spacious rooms and cozy at the same time. There's nothing to complain about. We can highly recommend it to everyone. Irina and her husband are very warm, the hosts are in the right place. Helpful and incredibly kind. Their homemade syrup and marmalade, which we received with a gift, among other things, was excellent. Difficult to leave. Thank you!

Our experience was amazing, we loved the island, the village and Zetas stylish house. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful time and at a central part of the island. The host was always available and always offered great recommendations

Comfortable house, very clean right in front of the beach( we had a dinghy and therefore it was perfect). Great welcome with a bottle of wine and sweets Comfortable house for two families ...very nice with the garden and veranda... one of the brand new bathrooms. Absolutely recommended. This is an adorable house up on a hill overlooking Karavas. There are several friendly cats that hang around which was nice since we love cats. The road up to the house can be a little intense if you're not a good driver, but once you get used to it it is no big deal. The house was comfortable and very peaceful. There is a washing machine available to use and a lot of scenic sitting areas on the patio and in the yard. The hosts were very fast with handling any issues and we're very helpful during our stay.

This Airbnb is a hidden gem. Quiet and peaceful, a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. I was greeted by George and Contanza, the warm and welcoming owners, whose hospitality made my stay very comfortable. The property itself is beautifully curated with a tasteful décor that creates a very inviting atmosphere. The highlight is the amazing tree in the garden, where you just can enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening and relax completely. The owner provided excellent recommendations for nearby attractions, such as dining and activities. I look forward to returning one day.

The most beautiful view from the house: sea and AgiaPelagia during the day and stars and the milky way during the night. This, together with Theo’s perfect and professional hospitality, made disappear any small imperfection in the house. We loved every moment in the house, from the goats hanging around, to the star gazing to the bbq and the figues from the trees. Kalamitsi house made our Kythira visit perfect. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful house! beautifully decorated, it has everything you need to have a great time on the magnificent island of Kythira. Genuine souls, Daca & John were very warm hosts, they gave us so many good advice and recommendations. Definitely 5 stars!

The house was nicer than the photos. Spacious, clean and fully equipped with all the essentials. It had a huge yard for parking. I highly recommend it. The house was not beachfront, but it was very close to almost all the beaches. The location is good since the center was about a 10 minute drive. The hostess was very friendly and helpful.

The accommodation was in a central location in kithira from where you could reach most beaches within half an hour. It was very clean and tidy. Also the host was very friendly and cooperative in any extra help we needed! Totally worth the price we paid for.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property in Kythira! The house, owned by Alessandro, is spacious, comfortable, and perfect for families (including our dog). The multiple outdoor areas were a highlight, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. What made our stay truly exceptional was Mr. Giannis, the property manager. He was always available, incredibly helpful, and his warm, friendly nature made us feel right at home. In contrast to some of the colder, occasionally rude locals we encountered, Mr. Giannis stood out with his outstanding hospitality. Thank you, Alessandro, for providing such a lovely home, and a huge thank you to Mr. Giannis for making our stay so memorable. We would love to return and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Kythira!
