The split-level house from 2022 is located on the southern slope of a quiet side street in the village and offers an unforgettable panoramic view of the forest opposite. The big natural garden invites you to linger. No Partys or loud Music allowed!

EIFEL QUARTIER year 1846

The EIFEL QUARTIER anno 1846 is part of an ensemble of several historic natural stone buildings that have been lovingly restored and give discerning guests a great natural experience right in the heart of the Eifel without having to sacrifice relaxed luxury. The EIFEL QUARTIER is a very individual, original accommodation with a modern pellet stove. It covers two floors and has an electric charging station. Here, pure living has been transferred to the modern age.

The listed "teacher's house" is located in the small village of Eisenschmitt, in the middle of the UNESCO Geo Park "Volcanic Eifel," not far from Himmerod Abbey and surrounded by original nature. This gem is perfect for all dog lovers, hikers, or anyone who loves to take day trips. Whether the famous maars for swimming, historic Trier, Luxembourg or the vineyards and picturesque towns on the Moselle: all this can be explored and enjoyed from Eisenschmitt.

Grandmas Hilde house high above the mosel

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. Grandma Erna's house on the Moselle

Relax in your little retreat on the Mosel. From this wonderful place in a quiet side street of the mountain village Starkenburg you can start hiking, go wine tasting, simply relax or work remotely. Let the distant view and nature inspire you. The old half-timbered house has been completely ecologically renovated and is simply cosy including a wood stove. Seven Senses Eifel - historic house with sauna

SEVEN SENSES EIFEL The farmhouse from 1850 was lovingly renovated in 2019/2020 and offers with the large garden enough space to allow up to 10 guests a relaxing holiday in nature. In the garden there is a sauna (for a fee) and a play barn available. Dogs welcome (€8/night). Sheets and towels can be rented. Hiking trails start right by the house. For excursions, the entire south Eifel as well as the neighboring Luxembourg are available.

The Red House in Veytal

The red house is located in the idyllic Veytal between Mechernich and Satzvey, directly on the eponymous Veybach. This allows you to enjoy the special location in the middle of the nature of the old forest worker's house, while being only 900 m from the town of Mechernich. The house is located directly on a bike path and thus offers a good starting point for bike tours in the region.

Lonely House

Completely renovated former flagman's house situated on the international cycling trail "RAVEL" which leads from Troisvierges (Luxembourg) to Aachen (Germany), 125 km. The railway tracks were demolished and flooded. The house is now situated near a small stream, surrounded bay nature in complete quietness, far from any settlement.

We rent a detached, former farmhouse (100 m²), which was completely renovated in 2021/22. It can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for families, hikers and all those looking for nature, peace and relaxation. Only 3 km away is the Lietzenhof golf course with its 18-hole course in the midst of beautiful nature.
