The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The vacation home Grüne Auszeit Eifel has plenty of space outside. Despite the quiet location, you can quickly get to smaller or larger cities. Due to the quiet location and the large outdoor area, the house is well suited for families with children, but also for a group of friends, one or more couples. The house is beautiful, but the highlight is the outdoor area with the great view of the Prümtal.
