As of February 27, 2026, the apartment has heating, gas, hot water from a large boiler, which is heated while there is electricity and keeps the temperature constant.

Best location in town. Historic Building with 4m ceilings, raw design, vintage furniture. It is very spacious, fully equipped with everything you might need to feel like home. Perfect for a solo trip or a couple. 5 mins to Golden Gates, 10 mins to Khreschatyk or Maidan Nezalezhnosti. It's the coolest and oldest area of the city.
