The apartment is located in the center of the city. The door to the beach is a 10-15 minute walk along the promenade. The center of the old town is 2 steps away. There is also a children's play area, a cable car, a sea station,a yacht club, a seaside boulevard, boat trips,a tour desk. A pharmacy that is open 24 hours a day. Many restaurants,bars,cafes. Banks and currency exchange offices. Fish restaurants and a market, a bazaar and a central bus station are not far away. There is a supermarket in the next house.

Panorama Wide Sea View

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

Great location. Very close to the city, but at the same time the whole of Batumi is in the palm of your hand. We rented a house for New Year's Eve. The best view of the fireworks was guaranteed. The plot itself is surrounded by greenery, which ensures privacy. Neighbors are somewhere in the distance. Quiet and peaceful place. The house is warm and clean. Hot water, hair dryer, towels. Cooking utensils. Sleeping space upstairs. Downstairs, the sofa is also unfolding. It's possible to park nearby. In general, there's nothing to be mad at. Very comfortable, civil, cozy.

I had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! The place is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The private pool was a dream — perfect for relaxing any time of day. We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea — absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area around the house is lush and green, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for being such a great host!

The house is close to places to see. There are two grocery stores around the house, you can meet your needs. There are many choices as a restaurant. We didn't use a vehicle to get around. Everything was 10 minutes on foot. All the amenities mentioned are available in the house. The house was clean and tidy when we entered the house. They were very kind to us, our language of communication was English. But if you don't know, it's okay, you can use translation. We did not have any problems at home. We, as Turks, recommend this house. If I were to come again, I would choose this place again.

this is an incredible place — not far from the city, but peaceful, quiet, and breathtakingly beautiful. the house is amazing, the glass bedrooms offer an unparalleled experience — for the first time in my life, i was falling asleep looking at a literal snowdance!
